OnlineJobs Review: Is Online Jobs The Best Outsourcing Website for High-Ticket Drop Shipping eCommerce Entrepreneurs?
Here is my review on probably the best outsourcing platform for ecommerce entrepreneurs, Onlinejobs.ph. It is my favorite platform for hiring customer service and sales representatives for ecommerce businesses since they are so affordable to hire (you can use my referral link below).
Most Filipinos there are perfectly capable and have excellent English skills, not mentioning they are loyal and have a friendly, Westernized culture. I cannot hide the fact that I love Filipinos, and if you've never been to the Philippines, you should go there someday. It is a fantastic country, easily identified as among the most beautiful places on Earth with over 7,000 islands. It is just gorgeous, and the people are awesome. The Philippines has a fantastic history with America, which is intertwined through the crazy time of World War II. Also, Filipinos love Americans as well, so if you go out there, you will get treated well. Due to that, a lot of Americans and expats retire in the Philippines.
Why it's worth a try?
Besides that, Onlinejobs.ph where Filipino job seekers go online and post a profile to apply for companies from America, Europe, and Australia. You, as an online entrepreneur, can go on Onlinejobs.ph and find a Filipino worker and hire them to work for you. Often, the pay for an entire month of work is around $800 or maybe $200 a week, which is a considerable discount compared to paying somebody in the US for the same amount of work.
You can save a lot of money getting a virtual assistant on the website. Most of them work independently at home and don't have an office or company so that you can manage your company remotely.
Get a capable and expert VA that suits your needs.
Aside from customer service, you can hire somebody for all sorts of stuff from Onlinejobs.ph. You can hire for admin, English writing, marketing, sales, advertising, web development, webmasters, graphics, multimedia, software development, finance management, etc. They have tons of different things you can hire. For example, you can employ podcast producers, people who build funnels for Clickfunnels, people that develop your Shopify store, and many more. Big companies work with Onlinejobs.ph. There is only a low monthly fee with no long-term contractor commitment.
The website has plenty of free blog articles that can help educate you, which I highly recommend. Those blogs will give you ideas on doing outsourcing correctly. You will make a difference to these people's lives when you outsource to them and hire them as opposed to hiring somebody else. Just imagine making a positive impact in the world just by doing that.
It is Easy to Use
Now let's log in and check the account dashboard, which they are constantly updating so don't be surprised if it looks different when you get there. The main thing there is the job posting. It is straightforward to post a job.
For instance, you want to hire a customer representative for an ecommerce company. Doing so is simple. It just outlines all the steps and things we do and ask for, and then ask them to submit an audio application of the information we are looking for, and that's it. We got a bunch of people that write in and let us know, and we hired one for each store we have. One VA is usually enough to manage a store unless it gets really big.
In most cases, all you need is one VA that you pay $800 a month to manage a store. Once the store starts generating about $20,000 to $30,000 monthly revenue, it will turn a huge profit, and all will go to you without doing much work at all. All you need to do is manage them over. Often, the VA will ask questions, and that's about it. It is a simple process.
What job to post at Onlinejobs.ph?
Again, you can hire all sorts of different skills. Aside from customer service, you can hire for graphics design, Shopify job listings, etc., You can hire all sorts of cool stuff, and it is up to you and your imagination. You can go in here and go crazy with it. Hire a VA for all sorts of stuff, and I highly recommend it.
Make sure you hire for all your needs. Don't be that kind of business owner that does everything by themselves. Trust me. I've learned the hard way that that does not lead you anywhere and it just burns you out on the long run.
Why outsourcing makes sense? Because it helps you achieve your dreams.
Hire people that you are good at doing so that you can do bigger things that you really want to do. Even though you are good at something, it doesn't mean you should be doing it all the time. What you should do is create training materials and videos on how to do those things you're really good at, and then hire somebody and train them to be as good as you are doing it so you can advance in your skill set in your niche or as an internet marketer and grow your business. You should be the CEO of your business. You shouldn't necessarily be working on your business all the time.
I do think that it is important for a CEO of the business to get their hands dirty in the nitty-gritty, but they need a team that does the work for them. The only reason a CEO will get their hands dirty is to create more training materials and update those materials so the workers can do better. Consider yourself a CEO and hire VA's to run your business and grow it, and you will live the life of your dreams.
Doing so is one of the ways to make a four-hour workweek possible, and I highly recommend pursuing it. Understand that life is amazing when you have VA's working for you. It is incredible. Thanks for watching!
