- Do not move the needle forward in a big way
- Are time-consuming and/or repetitive

This also leave all the other tasks in the hands of people who are great at them and have fun doing them, too. Overall, it equates to greater productivity all around.

- Keep your business values in mind. This is the first filter through which you need to look at every candidate and every marketplace that you will hire through.
- Hire one at a time so you don’t get overwhelmed with the process and the time it takes to create role descriptions, interview, and onboard. You want to take your time and really focus on hiring the best person for each task.
