ConvertKit Review

ConvertKit is an email marketing provider and it is for creators. Specifically, people that create YouTube content, Podcasts, and Blogs. I highly recommend them and I use them myself. I like the way their platform looks, their usability, and their price point is great.

To get a free trial for 14 days of ConvertKit, use my affliate link which eCommerceParadise.com/ConvertKit

On the landing page, click on the TRY IT FOR FREE button.

ConvertKit is great for beginners. It is great for email marketing automation and also for creating squeeze pages and sales funnels.

You can organize your subscribers with tags and segments. This is where you learn about your people. At a basic level, your subscribers are organized in tags, segments, and forms. Tags organize the subscribers (bought the course A) while segments organize the tag (All course buyers). Form tells you where the subscribers joined your list and can also be used to organize subscribers (Free Course Videos opt-in form). You will get a big-picture view with Visual Automations which are your automated email autoresponder.

You can create forms or landing pages. It is a great system because it is easy to use as it is an all-in-one system and self-hosted. It will give you the ability to add domains to your account.  You can have a limited domain set on your account in your settings.

Sequences are automatic emails that are sent to subscribers after being triggered by a form, tag, or custom field. The goal is to move people from one sequence to another. A sequence is a series of emails while automation is telling the system to take the subscriber that signed up for this form and send them in the sequence.

Broadcasts are one-time emails that are sent to all subscribers, or filtered based on segment, tag, form, custom, fields, and much more! You just have to write your email and send immediately or schedule for a later.

The last but not the least is the pricing. Since ConvertKit is so well built out for creators, they charge $29 a month after your 14-day free trial. It is for up to 1000 subscribers. $49 a month up to 3,000 subscribers and then $79 a month up to 5000 subscribers.

As a creator, you should already have a profit center for your business. It can be a basic membership site, online course, physical products, print-on-demand, and anything that is creating revenue through your creative business.

A lot of people use affliate marketing to create revenue for the business which I can highly recommend. They just refer people to those products just like I am doing with you here to ConvertKit.

My business eCommerceParadise.com has many different profit centers for my business. I have a whole funnel for each one. I also use email marketing to get people from one funnel to another.

The rule of thumb is every subscriber equals  $ 1. If you have 1,000 subscribers, you should be making $1,000 a month.

I have a list of 5,000 subscribers and I am making an average of $20,000 - $30,000 a month for my business right now. It goes to show the power of having a profit center in your business and different offers for people. Beyond that, doing really good with Email Marketing, Facebook Advertising, Social Media Marketing, and providing services on the back end of all your different offers.
