What the Software Costs You Upfront
Your build fee covers the work. These are the third-party tools your store runs on, paid directly to each provider, not to us. Here is exactly what you can expect to pay so there are no surprises.
Budget roughly $100 a month for the first three months while Shopify is $1, then about $250 a month once the store is live with the growth apps running. Our bookkeeping spreadsheet is included with every project. Finaloop or QuickBooks are optional paid alternatives; choosing Finaloop at the listed price adds $245 a month. ClearSale setup is included for all clients, with provider usage charges paid separately. UpPromote setup is included only with Scale, so its subscription cost applies to that package. Ad spend, LLC filing fees, a virtual address and your business credit cards are separate and vary by state and provider. Prices are current as of September 2026 and set by each provider.
