You're in. Here's everything we need from you to get your Google and Bing Shopping campaigns built and launched. Follow the steps below in order — most take just a few minutes each.

Before You Start

A Few Things to Know

All access we ask for is manager-level only — we never hold billing control, own your accounts, or control your ad spend. Everything stays in your name. If you ever cancel, all accounts, campaigns, and lists remain yours.

Google Ads — Share Your Account Number
We need your 10-digit Customer ID to link our manager account

Your Google Ads Customer ID is the 10-digit number (formatted as XXX-XXX-XXXX) in the top right corner of your Google Ads dashboard. Once you send it to us, we will send a manager access request to your account from our end — you'll receive a notification in Google Ads and simply approve it with one click. You stay the account owner; we work as a manager.

If you don't have a Google Ads account yet, don't worry — we'll create one together on your onboarding call.

How to find your Customer ID
  1. Go to ads.google.com and sign in
  2. Look in the top-right corner of the screen — your Customer ID is displayed as XXX-XXX-XXXX
  3. Copy that number and send it to us by email or WhatsApp

Google Merchant Center — Invite Us as Admin
Send an admin user invite to ecommerceparadise@gmail.com

We need Admin access to your Google Merchant Center to set up and optimize your product feed. Admin access lets us fix feed errors, configure shipping settings, and ensure your products are approved before we launch any campaigns.

How to add us as Admin
  1. Go to merchants.google.com and sign in
  2. Click the gear icon (Settings) in the top-right corner
  3. Select Account access from the menu
  4. Click Add user
  5. Enter the email below and select Admin as the role
  6. Click Send invitation

If you don't have a Google Merchant Center account yet, we'll create one together on your onboarding call.

Microsoft Ads + Merchant Center — Invite Us as Super Admin
Send a Super Admin invite to ecommerceparadise@gmail.com on both

We need access to both your Microsoft Ads (formerly Bing Ads) account and your Microsoft Merchant Center. These are separate accounts but both need to be connected to run Bing Shopping campaigns.

Microsoft Ads — How to add us as Super Admin
  1. Go to ads.microsoft.com and sign in
  2. Click the gear icon and select Accounts & Billing
  3. Click User Management in the left sidebar
  4. Click Invite user
  5. Enter the email below and select Super Admin as the role
  6. Click Send
Microsoft Merchant Center — How to add us as Admin
  1. Go to merchantcenter.bing.com and sign in
  2. Click Settings then User management
  3. Click Invite user
  4. Enter the email below and select Admin
  5. Click Send invitation

If you don't have Microsoft Ads or Merchant Center accounts yet, we'll set them up together on your onboarding call.

Google Search Console + Google Analytics — Add Us as User
Two quick invites — both to ecommerceparadise@gmail.com

Search Console and Analytics help us verify your site is indexed correctly and that conversion tracking is working before we launch. We only need read access to both.

Google Search Console — How to add us
  1. Go to search.google.com/search-console and sign in
  2. Select your property from the left sidebar
  3. Click Settings (gear icon) then Users and permissions
  4. Click Add user
  5. Enter the email below and select Full permission
  6. Click Add
Google Analytics (GA4) — How to add us
  1. Go to analytics.google.com and sign in
  2. Click the gear icon (Admin) in the bottom left
  3. Under the Account column, click Account Access Management
  4. Click the blue + button and select Add users
  5. Enter the email below and select Viewer role (or Editor if you prefer)
  6. Click Add

Shopify — Send Your Store URL and Collaborator Code
We need collaborator access to set up feeds and verify tracking

We access your Shopify store as a collaborator — this is a special access type designed for agencies and service providers. It gives us the access we need without making us a full staff member, and you can remove it at any time.

We need two things from you: your Shopify store URL (e.g. yourstore.myshopify.com) and your collaborator request code.

How to get your Collaborator Code
  1. In your Shopify admin, go to Settings
  2. Click Users and permissions
  3. Scroll down to the Collaborators section
  4. If collaborator requests are turned off, enable them
  5. You'll see a 4-digit collaborator request code — copy that code
  6. Send us your store URL + that code by email or WhatsApp
