Payment Policy

All plans are billed monthly on a recurring subscription basis. Your card will be charged on the same day each month. You can update your payment method at any time through your account dashboard.

Cancellation Policy

All plans are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. You may cancel at any time by providing 7 days’ written notice via email to trevor@ecommerceparadise.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. Work in progress at the time of cancellation will be completed.

Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on your first month only. If we don’t deliver at least one new supplier approval and their catalog fully uploaded within your first 30 days, we’ll refund your first month in full. After the first month, all payments are non-refundable due to the custom nature of the work performed.

Required Contract Notification

By subscribing to this service, you agree to a month-to-month recurring subscription that will continue until you cancel. There is no long-term commitment required. You may cancel at any time with 7 days’ written notice. Continued use of the service after the first month constitutes acceptance of our ongoing service terms.

What if I already have some suppliers? Perfect. We’ll focus on adding new ones and uploading their catalogs. You tell us which suppliers you already have, and we’ll avoid duplicates.

Can I pause or cancel anytime? Yes. All plans are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. Cancel anytime with 7 days’ written notice to trevor@ecommerceparadise.com.

How long does it take to get my first supplier approved? Most stores see their first approval within 2–3 weeks of starting the service. Some niches move faster, some slower — but we guarantee at least one approval per month.

Where do the reviews come from? We curate authentic product reviews from verified online sources across the web, including manufacturer sites, retailer platforms, and review aggregators. All reviews are real and sourced ethically.

How many reviews do you add per product? This varies by product availability, but we aim for 3–10 reviews per product where available. High-demand products typically have more reviews available for curation.
