Best Dropshipping Supplier Directories 2026: Ranked by the Meter, Not the Marketing

Data card noting four different pricing meters across dropshipping supplier directories
Affiliate disclosure: This post contains affiliate links. If you buy through them, I may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Full disclosure

Every ranking of supplier directories I can find sorts on price, and every one of them is therefore wrong. Price only ranks things that are the same. These platforms are not the same. One of them charges you for listings you push, one for products you hold, one for imports you run in a month, one for SKUs it keeps synced, and one charges nothing at all for the part everybody else bills you for.

So this ranking sorts on the meter. For each platform I have written down the unit it counts, in its own words, and put the annual money next to it. If two platforms cost the same for a year and count different things, that is stated rather than smoothed over. There is no combined score at the bottom, because a combined score across mismatched units is a made up number wearing a lab coat.

Every figure came off the vendor’s own pricing page on 8 September 2026. Nothing here is a test result, no accounts were opened and no supplier was contacted. Where a price is not published I write that it is not published rather than estimating one.

The whole category on one screen

Read this table by the third column first. The money means nothing until you know what it buys.

Platform Entry price as displayed The unit it meters Computed cost for a year
Inventory Source Supplier Directory Search $0 per month Nothing metered, browsing and contact info only $0.00
SaleHoo Starter $9 per month billed annually Monthly product imports, supplier contacts $108.00
Spocket Professional $24 per month on annual billing Unique products $288.00
Worldwide Brands $299 one time Nothing metered, lifetime access $299.00 in year one, $0 thereafter
Doba Limited $28.66 USD per month billed quarterly One click listings and inventory capacity $343.92
Inventory Source Inventory Automation Starter $199 per month Integrations and SKUs synced $2,388.00
Wholesale2b not quoted here, see below Sales channel access not quoted here

Every annual figure above is computed by me from the displayed price. Doba’s is computed from a quarterly display, Inventory Source’s from a monthly display, and SaleHoo’s and Spocket’s from prices the vendors already state as annual billing. None of them are quoted as a vendor’s own annual plan price.

1. Inventory Source Supplier Directory Search, at $0 a month

This is first because it is free and because almost nobody puts it in a ranking. Inventory Source publishes a directory tier at $0 a month, and its pricing page lists exactly what that tier includes.

Capability listed on the page What it means for you
View All Dropship Suppliers The full supplier list, not a teaser subset
Preview Product Feeds You see what is actually in a feed before committing
Access Supplier Contact Info You can open a direct account with the supplier
Search Suppliers by Advanced Filters Filter by category and other attributes

Those four items are the entire product that paid directories sell. Leaving this tier out of a directory ranking is how every paid option ends up looking better than it is, so it goes at the top.

What it does not do is anything after research. No syncing, no order routing, no listing tool. For that Inventory Source charges $199 a month and up, which is a different product and appears further down this list. If that boundary matters to your decision, it is worked through in the Doba versus Inventory Source comparison.

Best for anyone who has not yet decided what to sell, anyone who wants direct supplier relationships rather than a curated catalog, and anyone who resents paying to see a list.

2. SaleHoo, metering monthly product imports

SaleHoo is the cheapest paid directory in the category on a computed annual basis, and it counts something specific. Its unit is the monthly product import, plus a monthly cap on how many suppliers you can contact.

Plan Displayed price Store connections Monthly product imports Supplier contacts
Starter $9 per month billed annually, or $299 one time 1 200 up to 100 suppliers monthly
Pro $49 per month billed annually, or $1,699 one time 3 600 unlimited
Enterprise $499 per month billed annually on a one year term not stated in the tier summary not stated in the tier summary not stated in the tier summary

Starter lists more than 8,000 suppliers and 2.5 million products. Pro adds three sub user accounts. There is a 60 day money back guarantee across the range. Computed annually, Starter is $108, Pro is $588 and Enterprise is $5,988.

A note for anyone who has read older material about this company. SaleHoo no longer sells a separately priced directory product at the low annual or lifetime figures that circulated for years. Those numbers are stale and were corrected across this site. The current plan detail is in the SaleHoo pricing post.

Best for someone who refreshes their catalog regularly and wants supplier contact rights, on the cheapest paid plan in this ranking.

Where Doba sits in this ranking

Doba Limited displays $28.66 USD per month billed quarterly for 1 store and 30 one click listings, which computes to $343.92 a year. It meters listings rather than suppliers, so check it against your listing volume, not against a directory subscription.

See Doba plans →

3. Spocket, metering unique products

Spocket counts unique products in your catalog, and it prices annual billing far below monthly, which makes the two columns worth reading separately.

Plan Monthly price Annual billing, per month Unique products Premium products
Starter $39.99 not offered annually 25 included
Professional $59.99 $24, badged Save $432 250 25
Empire $99.99 $57, badged Save $516 10,000 10,000
Unicorn, badged most popular $299.99 $79, badged Save $2563 25,000 25,000

Computed annually those are $479.88, $288, $684 and $948. Every plan lists a seven day trial, unlimited orders, a stated 0% transaction fee and a catalog described as more than 100 million products.

Note the pricing shape. Starter costs more per year than Professional, because Starter is not offered on annual billing at all while Professional is heavily discounted for it. If you were going to buy Starter monthly, look at Professional annually instead and read the plan contents carefully. The full range is broken down in the Spocket pricing post.

Best for a store that wants a large catalog cheaply and is willing to commit to a year up front.

4. Worldwide Brands, metering nothing at all

Worldwide Brands is the outlier in this category because it charges once. $299 one time for lifetime access to a directory of more than 16 million products, with promotional pricing occasionally seen at $199 or $249.

The company’s own site leans on this: one low price, lifetime access, no recurring subscription fees or charges. It is worth noting that the homepage itself does not print a dollar figure, so the $299 is the established figure rather than something the front page publishes.

Compare it against a subscription honestly. $299 once against Doba Basic’s computed $683.88 a year, or against SaleHoo Pro’s computed $588 a year, and the one time fee is cheaper than a single year of either. What you do not get is a listing tool, an inventory sync or a store integration, so you are comparing a research asset with a piece of software. Plan detail sits in the Worldwide Brands pricing post.

Best for someone building direct supplier relationships who wants a permanent reference and no recurring line item.

5. Doba, metering one click listings and inventory capacity

Doba is not really a directory, and that is the honest reason it sits in the middle of a directory ranking. It is a catalog plus a listing tool, and its meter reflects that. It counts the push operations you spend and the inventory records it will carry.

Plan Displayed price Stores One click listings Inventory capacity Monthly downloads AI credits
Limited $28.66 USD per month billed quarterly, badged Save $3.99 1 30 20 not listed 100
Basic $56.99 USD per month billed quarterly, badged Save $9.00 2 250 600 450 300
Standard $142.66 USD per month billed quarterly, badged Save $21.99 5 1000 3000 2000 1000
Enterprise Only Monthly / Annual Available, no price shown 15 2500 15000 5000 3000

Two things to hold onto. First, those prices are displayed on quarterly billing, and a true monthly price is not published for Basic, Standard or Enterprise, so your practical minimum commitment is a quarter. Second, Enterprise carries no published price at all, and anyone quoting one is guessing.

Computed annually from the displayed quarterly rate, Limited is $343.92, Basic is $683.88 and Standard is $1,711.92. Limited also lists 24/7 customer service and a free .STORE domain. Basic adds an AI Auto Lister with 30 auto listings and an Advanced Product Research Tool. Standard adds Retailer API access at 3 requests per second, a dedicated account manager, Doba Elite Academy and FTP server access, and Enterprise raises the API to 5 requests per second.

There are two paid trials. Basic carries a seven day trial priced at US$ 0.99 and Standard a five day trial at the same price. The full verdict on the platform, as opposed to its AI feature, is in the Doba review.

Best for a store owner who wants products live quickly without touching a data feed, and who has counted how many listings that actually takes.

6. Inventory Source automation, metering SKUs, integrations and orders

This is the top of the price range and it is a different category of product. Once your problem is keeping thousands of SKUs accurate across suppliers, you are buying infrastructure.

Product and plan Displayed price Integrations SKU allowance Order terms
Inventory Automation Starter $199 per month 2 250k SKU not applicable
Inventory Automation Power Seller $499 per month 10 500k SKU not applicable
Full Automation Starter $299 per month 2 250k SKU 500 orders per month, excess at $0.30 each
Full Automation Power Seller $599 per month 10 500k SKU 1000 orders per month, excess at $0.20 each

Every paid plan adds $50 per month for additional integrations beyond the allowance. No one time setup fee is mentioned on the pricing page, which is a statement about what the page displays rather than a promise that no such fee exists anywhere.

Computed annually, the cheapest of these is $2,388 and the dearest is $7,188. That is more than the entire published Doba ladder, and it should be, because it is solving a maintenance problem rather than a discovery problem.

Best for a store already doing volume across several channels where stale stock is costing more than the subscription.

$683.88 buys 250 listings, or 10,000 products elsewhere

Doba Basic computes to $683.88 a year for 250 one click listings and 2 stores. Spocket Empire computes to $684 for 10,000 unique products. Those are different units, so the right answer depends entirely on which one you consume.

7. Wholesale2b, which I am not going to price

Wholesale2b is a legitimate member of this category and it uses a third metering model again, selling access by sales channel rather than by listing, product or SKU. That is genuinely useful if your constraint is which marketplace you sell on.

I am not printing a price for it. Two existing posts on this site carry different figures for its plans, and the vendor pricing page would not render a usable table when I checked, so the conflict is unresolved. Quoting whichever number suited the argument would be worse than telling you the gap exists. If you want the qualitative comparison, it is in the Wholesale2b versus Doba post.

Two more that belong on your shortlist

Wholesale Central has been listing suppliers for a very long time and remains a common first sweep for people who want breadth before depth. I did not price it this session, so no figure from me, but Wholesale Central is worth an hour of browsing.

Barpel sits on the supplier side rather than the directory side, which makes it a different answer to the same sourcing question. Again no figures from me this session, though Barpel is worth looking at if direct wholesale is the direction you are heading.

Ranked again, for four different buyers

A single ordered list is a fiction, because the right answer depends on what you are short of. Here are four honest shortlists.

If you have no budget, the order is the free Inventory Source directory, then Wholesale Central, then nothing else until you have a category picked. Spending money on supplier access before you know what you are selling is the most common wasted subscription in this business.

If you want the cheapest paid access, the order is SaleHoo Starter at a computed $108 a year, then Spocket Professional at a computed $288, then Doba Limited at a computed $343.92. Note that all three meter different things, so this is a price ladder and not a quality ladder.

If you want to stop paying subscriptions, Worldwide Brands at $299 one time is the only true single payment option in this ranking, with SaleHoo’s one time Starter at $299 as the alternative if store connection and imports matter to you.

If your store is already working and inventory accuracy is the problem, none of the cheap options apply and you should be looking at Inventory Source automation from a computed $2,388 a year, with the caveat that integration count drives the real bill.

What none of these publish

No pricing page in this category publishes average supplier shipping time, and I have not seen one that publishes supplier approval rates either. Both of those matter more to your conversion rate than any subscription tier, and both are things you have to find out by asking suppliers directly.

Doba does not publish an Enterprise price or a monthly downloads figure for the Limited tier. Inventory Source does not mention a setup fee. SaleHoo does not restate store connections, imports or contact limits in its Enterprise tier summary. Worldwide Brands does not print its price on its own homepage.

None of that is sinister, and every company gets to choose what it puts on a pricing page. It does mean a ranking built only on published figures has holes in it, and the honest thing is to show you where the holes are rather than fill them with estimates.

How to actually use this ranking

Start free. Open the Inventory Source directory tier, filter to your category, and look at what suppliers exist and where they ship from. That costs nothing and it answers the only question that matters early, which is whether a viable supply base exists for the thing you want to sell.

Then count. How many products do you need live in the next quarter, how many stores are they going on, and how often will you refresh them. Those three numbers map directly onto the three meters in this category, and once you have them the choice usually makes itself.

Then buy the smallest plan that clears your numbers with a little headroom, and set a reminder to review it in three months. If you want the full invoice for the Doba side of that decision, it is itemised in the Doba pricing post.

And if you are specifically trying to replace something you already pay for, the switching analysis is laid out in the Doba alternatives breakdown.

The comparison that best illustrates the whole problem

If you take one thing from this page, take this. Doba Basic computes to $683.88 for a year and gives you 250 one click listings. Spocket Empire computes to $684 for a year and gives you 10,000 unique products. Twelve cents apart.

A lazy ranking would call Spocket forty times better value and move on. That is not true, because a one click listing is an action you spend and a unique product is a catalog slot the platform maintains for you. Those are different events and dividing one by the other produces a number that means nothing.

What is true is narrower and more useful. If your constraint is how many distinct products you can have live, the Spocket ceiling at that price is dramatically higher. If your constraint is pushing products into stores through a listing tool, Spocket’s number does not answer your question at all. The arithmetic is worked through properly in the Doba versus Spocket comparison.

Running the business behind the store

No directory subscription decides whether your store works. The category does, and picking one with room for margin is the highest leverage decision on this page, which is why I would start at the high ticket niche list.

If bigger order values are unfamiliar ground, read the explanation of high ticket dropshipping first, because sourcing at that end of the market often bypasses directories entirely.

When you are ready to open real supplier accounts, my step by step guide to finding high ticket suppliers covers the approach and the emails that get answered.

Sort the legal entity before you take orders. The sequence and the reasoning are in the guide to business formation for high ticket dropshipping.

For the storefront itself I use Shopify, because every platform ranked above connects to it.

To form the company I use Bizee. For business liability cover once orders are moving, I point people at Hiscox.

If you want the whole operation assembled for you instead, my team runs a done for you high ticket dropshipping build and launch service.

Frequently asked questions

What is the best free dropshipping supplier directory?

Inventory Source publishes a Supplier Directory Search tier at $0 a month that lists supplier browsing, feed previews, supplier contact info and advanced filters. That is the most capable free tier with a published feature list in this ranking.

Which supplier directory is cheapest for a year?

Ignoring the free tier, SaleHoo Starter at $9 per month billed annually computes to $108 for the year. Spocket Professional at $24 per month on annual billing computes to $288, and Doba Limited computes to $343.92 from its quarterly display price.

Is a one time payment better than a subscription?

On pure arithmetic, Worldwide Brands at $299 one time costs less than a single year of most paid plans here. Whether it is better depends on whether you need the software that subscriptions include, because a directory alone does not list products or sync inventory.

Why is Doba in a directory ranking if it is not a directory?

Because people shop for these products together and comparing them is unavoidable. It is included with its actual meter stated, which is one click listings and inventory capacity rather than supplier count, so you can see plainly that it answers a different question.

Why is there no price for Wholesale2b?

Two posts on this site carry conflicting pricing for it and the vendor page did not render a usable pricing table this session. Rather than pick a figure, the conflict is stated so you know to check the source yourself.

How much does Doba cost per month?

Doba displays prices on quarterly billing. Limited shows $28.66 USD per month billed quarterly, Basic $56.99 and Standard $142.66. A true monthly price is not published for Basic, Standard or Enterprise, and Enterprise shows no price at all.

Do any of these guarantee I can buy from the suppliers listed?

No. A directory hands you contact details and a catalog platform hands you products, but supplier approval remains between you and the supplier, and a brand new store with no trading history will sometimes be declined regardless of which subscription it holds.

Count your listings before you pick a plan

Doba Standard displays $142.66 USD per month billed quarterly for 5 stores, 1000 one click listings and inventory capacity of 3000, computing to $1,711.92 a year. Prices display quarterly and plan contents change, so confirm on the live page before committing.
