How Much Does Affiliate Summit Cost in 2026

Affiliate disclosure: This post contains affiliate links. If you buy through them, I may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Full disclosure

The question I get asked about Affiliate Summit is never “is it good”. It is “what is this actually going to cost me”. So I sat down on 23 September 2026 and read every page on affiliatesummit.com that carries a number, then did the same for the conferences people cross-shop it against. This article publishes only figures I read on the organiser’s own live pages, with the page each one came from and the event it belongs to.

Here is the headline before I get into it. The cheapest paid pass Affiliate Summit currently publishes is $699 for Affiliate Summit West 2027, and that discount has a deadline on it. The most expensive is $1,299. If you qualify as an affiliate, the ticket is free. And if you are flying in from anywhere that is not Las Vegas, the ticket is going to be the smallest line on your invoice.

I have been running ecommerce businesses since October 2010. In 2022 I sold a multi-store portfolio doing about $7 million a year, and these days I run affiliate programs and teach high-ticket dropshipping. My readers mostly sell $1,000 to $5,000 products. That is the lens I am using here, because a conference that is a bargain for an affiliate network doing eight figures can be a genuinely bad use of money for a store owner with four suppliers and a Shopify theme they are still fixing.

So this is two things at once. It is a straight price list, read off the vendor’s pages today. And it is an honest answer to whether a store owner selling $3,000 products should spend roughly three thousand dollars, all in, to stand in a room in Las Vegas in January.

Lock the $699 Rate Before the October 9 Deadline Moves It to $1,259

Affiliate Summit West 2027 runs January 26 to 28 at Caesars Forum in Las Vegas. The Networking pass is listed at $699 against a $1,259 full price, and the register page says that discount expires on October 9, 2026.

Affiliate Summit Ticket Prices: What the Vendor Publishes Right Now

Every figure in this table came off the Affiliate Summit West 2027 register page on 23 September 2026. All three tiers carry the same deadline line: “Discount expires October 9, 2026”.

Pass (ASW 2027) Current price Full price Stated saving Deadline on the page
Networking $699 $1,259 Save $560 October 9, 2026
VIP (marked “Most popular”) $999 $1,559 Save $560 October 9, 2026
Partnership Week (marked “Best Value”) $1,299 $2,159 Save $860 October 9, 2026
Affiliate Pass Free Free Application required December 18, 2026

That is four pass types, and I counted them against the page before writing the number. The arithmetic on all three paid tiers checks out: $1,259 minus $699 is $560, $1,559 minus $999 is $560, and $2,159 minus $1,299 is $860. I mention that because I found one Affiliate Summit ticket page where it does not, and I will come to that.

The three paid tiers list identical inclusions on the register page. Every one of them says access to the two day Meet Market, all keynote sessions, the official event app, all content tracks, unlimited VIP lounge refreshments, fast track registration, keynote recordings, slides and audio of tracks, complimentary light snacks, VIP Lounge, VIP Meeting Area and VIP access to Creator Economy Live West. The page does not explain what the extra $300 or $600 buys you. That is a real gap, and I would email them before paying up a tier.

The Free Affiliate Pass Is the Whole Story, If You Qualify

Affiliate Summit’s pricing model is unusual and it is the single most useful thing to understand about the event. The money comes from advertisers, networks and suppliers. The affiliates get in free, because the affiliates are the product.

The ASW 2027 Affiliate Pass application page states the condition plainly: if you are “an affiliate actively earning commission through your own owned and operated affiliate campaigns and/or sites” then you can attend for free. The same page says applications close on Friday, December 18, 2026, that free passes are limited this year, and to allow five business days for review. It also says a granted pass cannot be transferred, and that previous approval does not guarantee current or future approval.

Read the qualifying condition carefully, because it excludes a lot of my readers. Owned and operated affiliate campaigns means your traffic, your sites, your commission. If you run a high-ticket dropshipping store and you want to go to Affiliate Summit to recruit affiliates for your own program, you are an advertiser. You pay. The free pass is for the people you are trying to hire.

On the West event page Affiliate Summit puts it in its own words: “Unlike our competitors, we won’t charge you a cent to attend and you’ll have access to every single session, meet-up and party.” That claim is aimed at affiliates specifically, not at everyone.

Affiliate Summit East 2027 Has No Published Price Yet

This is where I have to be careful, because the site is currently publishing two different things about East.

The ASE 2027 register page carries no ticket tiers at all. It says “Thank you for joining Affiliate Summit East 2026” and then “Ready to register for your pass for ASE27?” followed by a newsletter signup. So as of today there is no published Affiliate Summit East 2027 price. Anyone quoting you one is quoting something else.

The something else is a standalone ticket page whose title names it as a 2027 Affiliate Summit ticket page. It publishes three tiers: Networking at $1,029 against a $1,139 full price, VIP at $1,399 against $1,499, and Ultimate VIP at $1,859 against $1,959. Every tier says “Discount expires July 24 2026”, which was two months ago, and every tier’s inclusions list ends with VIP access to Creator Economy Live East. Those are East ticket prices from the 2026 cycle sitting on a page whose title says 2027.

Two things worth flagging. First, the VIP tier on that page badges “Save $110” while its own numbers are $1,399 against $1,499, which is $100. The vendor contradicts itself on the same card. Second, and more useful to you: East pricing has historically sat well above West’s early rate. The West Networking pass is $699 today. The East Networking figure on that ticket page is $1,029 with a $1,139 full price. If you are budgeting for East 2027, budget closer to the East numbers, not the West ones, and check the register page again in spring.

What Affiliate Summit Actually Costs You, Door to Door

The ticket is the part everyone quotes and the part that matters least. Here is how I would build the real number for Affiliate Summit West 2027, running January 26 to 28, 2027 at Caesars Forum in Las Vegas.

I want to be upfront about which of these are published figures and which are mine. The ticket line is read off the vendor’s page. The travel lines are my own planning budget from years of doing this trip, not numbers I pulled off an airline or hotel site today, and I am not going to dress up a guess as a citation.

Line item Lean Realistic Source
Networking pass $699 $999 (VIP) ASW 2027 register page
Flights, US domestic round trip $300 $600 My planning budget, not a quoted fare
Hotel, three nights $450 $900 My planning budget, not a quoted rate
Food, ground transport, incidentals $250 $500 My planning budget
Out of pocket total $1,699 $2,999 Sum of the four rows above

Check my arithmetic: $699 plus $300 plus $450 plus $250 is $1,699, and $999 plus $600 plus $900 plus $500 is $2,999. So the honest range for a US-based attendee is roughly $1,700 to $3,000 before you count a single hour of your own time. If you are flying from outside North America, add the long-haul fare and at least one more hotel night for the jet lag, and that number moves past $4,000 quickly.

On the hotel specifically, Affiliate Summit’s ASW hotel and venue page names Harrah’s as the official hotel and says preferential rates have been organised, but it does not publish the rate. There is a Book Now button and no number behind it on the page. For East, the ASE FAQ page says the discounted Times Square rate can save up to $500 a night and that the link will be shared when they have it, which they expect in February 2027. So neither event publishes a hotel figure you can budget against today.

Then there is the line nobody puts in the spreadsheet. Three conference days plus two travel days is a working week. If your store is doing $50,000 a month and you are the only person answering supplier emails and chasing quotes, that week has a cost. I am not going to put a dollar figure on your time, but do put one on it yourself before you book.

If $699 Plus Flights Is Too Much, There Is a Conference That Lets Brands In Free

PI LIVE Europe runs 19 to 21 October 2026 in London and publishes a complimentary Brand Access Pass for retailers and consumer brands, application required and limited in number. Its paid Retailer pass is listed at £835, and the page states all passes exclude 20% VAT.

Exhibiting Costs Ten Times More Than Attending

If you are thinking about a table rather than a badge, the numbers change scale entirely.

The ASW Meet Market page says “Prices start at just $6,499 and increase the closer we get to the event”. The same $6,499 floor is repeated on the West exhibit and sponsor page.

The ASE Meet Market page gives a range instead: “Prices start at $7,499 and go up to $10,499 the closer we get to the event”. Note that the West figure is a floor with no published ceiling, so do not read $6,499 as the price. It is the best case.

What you get for it, in the vendor’s own words on both pages, is a six foot by two foot draped table and two chairs, not including electricity and internet. The West Meet Market runs six hours on day one, January 26. The Exhibit Hall runs days two and three.

Affiliate Summit publishes two revenue claims next to those prices. The West page says “$1,705,804 is the average revenue generated by Meet Market exhibitors from the event”. The East page says “$1,318,300: Is the average revenue generated by Meet Market exhibitors”. Those are the organiser’s own numbers about its own product, with no methodology published next to either one, and an average is an easy number to move with one large outlier. Treat them as marketing, not as a forecast.

How Affiliate Summit Prices Against the Other Conferences

I read the ticket pages of eight other events on 23 September 2026 so this comparison is not just Affiliate Summit’s own framing. Where a price is missing below, it is missing because the organiser does not publish one, not because I did not look.

Event Next dates and place Entry price published Free or reduced route
Affiliate Summit West January 26 to 28, 2027, Caesars Forum, Las Vegas $699 to $1,299 Free affiliate pass, applications close December 18, 2026

CommerceNext Growth Show June 8 to 9, 2027, North Javits, NYC None published for 2027 Retailer and DTC brands can apply for discounted or free admission
ShareASale ThinkTank No live event page found None published ShareASale now redirects into Awin
MAU Site did not load for me Not verified Not verified

That is eleven rows and I counted them. Three notes on the ones that read as absences.

On ShareASale ThinkTank, here are the pages I actually opened before writing that line: shareasale.com/thinktank/ which 301s to Awin’s ShareASale onboarding page, thinktank.shareasale.com which did not respond, three plausible Awin paths at /us/think-tank, /us/thinktank and /us/events/think-tank which all returned 404, and Awin’s own events hub at awin.com/gb/events-hub, which lists no ThinkTank entry and no prices. Awin’s sitemap does carry ThinkTank pages, but every one I found is a news post or a recap rather than a ticket page. So the accurate statement is that I found no public ThinkTank ticket price, not that the event no longer exists.

On MAU, mauconference.com would not connect for me at all and mobileappsunlocked.com served a JavaScript redirect to an empty page with no text on it. I am publishing nothing about MAU’s pricing because I could not read any.

On Catalyst, the site says plainly that Catalyst 26 has ended and points at the Bay Area in 2027 with a preorder link and no price. The one figure it does publish is a hotel one from the 2026 event: a limited room block at $289 a night plus taxes and fees at the Marriott at the Brooklyn Bridge.

The comparison that matters for a store owner is the PI LIVE one. PI LIVE Europe is the only event in this list that publishes a free route in for brands rather than for affiliates, and it is also the only one that tells you up front that VAT is on top. Affiliate Summit’s pages say nothing about tax either way.

Is It Worth It for a Store Selling $1,000 to $5,000 Products?

Here is my honest answer, and it is a split one.

It is worth it if you already have an affiliate program with revenue moving through it. If partners are already sending you sales and you want more of them, better terms, or a network that actually answers the phone, then $699 plus travel to stand in front of a few hundred publishers in three days is cheap. That is the one use case where the Meet Market format earns its reputation. If you are at that stage, read my guide to launching an affiliate program first. Then check my breakdown of the affiliate tracking platforms worth running one on.

It is worth it if you are the affiliate. Free pass, apply before December 18. Even with flights and a hotel you are out roughly a thousand dollars for direct access to advertisers who normally ignore cold email. For anyone building a high-ticket affiliate business, that is the best-value ticket in this entire article.

It is not worth it if you are pre-revenue or early. This is the part I will be blunt about because it costs me commission to say it. If your store is doing under about $20,000 a month, or you have not yet signed the suppliers who will carry your catalogue, Affiliate Summit will not fix that. Affiliate partnerships are a scaling lever, not a starting lever. Nobody in that room is going to help you get approved as an authorized dealer. Spend the three thousand dollars on the work that actually moves a store at that stage. Start with finding and signing real authorized suppliers. Then make sure you are in a niche with actual margin in it.

It is not worth it if you are going without a plan. The event is large. Affiliate Summit’s own West page claims 7,000 or more attendees, 300 or more exhibitors and eight topic tracks. Showing up with no pre-booked meetings and no pitch is the most reliable way to spend three thousand dollars on hallway coffee.

Not Sure Whether Your Store Is Ready for a Conference at All?

That is the decision worth getting right, because $1,700 to $3,000 spent at the wrong stage buys nothing. In private coaching I look at your actual supplier list, margins and traffic and tell you straight which lever moves next.

Affiliate Summit Cost FAQ

How much does Affiliate Summit cost in 2026?

For Affiliate Summit West 2027, which is the next event with published pricing, the register page lists three paid tiers: Networking at $699, VIP at $999 and Partnership Week at $1,299. Full prices are $1,259, $1,559 and $2,159. All three say the discount expires October 9, 2026. Qualified affiliates attend free.

Is Affiliate Summit free?

For affiliates, yes, with conditions. The ASW 2027 affiliate pass page says the pass is for affiliates actively earning commission through their own owned and operated affiliate campaigns or sites, that applications close on Friday, December 18, 2026, that passes are limited, and that a granted pass cannot be transferred. Advertisers, networks, agencies and suppliers pay.

When is Affiliate Summit 2027?

Affiliate Summit West 2027 is January 26 to 28, 2027 at Caesars Forum in Las Vegas, which the site states consistently across its homepage, West page, register page and hotel page. Affiliate Summit East 2027 is less consistent: the East page hero, the East register page and the East hotel page all say July 26 to 27, 2027, while the homepage body says July 27 to 28, 2027 and a band further down the East page still shows July 27 to 28, 2026. I would plan against July 26 to 27 and confirm before booking flights.

How much is an Affiliate Summit exhibitor table?

The ASW Meet Market page says prices start at $6,499 and increase closer to the event, with no ceiling published. The ASE Meet Market page publishes a range of $7,499 to $10,499. Both describe the package as a six foot by two foot draped table and two chairs, not including electricity and internet.

Can I transfer my Affiliate Summit ticket?

The ASE FAQ page says you can transfer a ticket to a colleague free of charge up to two weeks before the show, after which there is a $50 charge for badge changes. The same page says Affiliate Passes cannot be transferred.

What is the cheapest way to attend a major affiliate conference?

If you qualify as an affiliate, the free Affiliate Summit pass. If you are a brand or retailer rather than an affiliate, the PI LIVE Europe Brand Access Pass is listed as complimentary with an application, which is the only free brand route I found across the nine events I checked. If you are a small agency, PI LIVE’s Boutique Agency Pass at £595 plus VAT is the lowest paid figure in this article.

My Verdict on What Affiliate Summit Costs

Affiliate Summit is fairly priced for what it is, and the $699 Networking pass for West 2027 is genuinely the low end of what a conference of that size charges. The free affiliate pass is not a gimmick. It is the mechanism that makes the room worth walking into, and it is why advertisers pay to be there.

What the pricing pages do not do well is tell you the truth about your total. The ticket is between a quarter and a third of what the trip costs. Neither event publishes a hotel rate you can budget against today, and the tier differences on the West register page are not explained at all. If you are going to spend $1,700 to $3,000 on this, spend twenty minutes emailing them first and find out exactly what VIP buys over Networking.

My recommendation, stage by stage. If you are an affiliate earning commissions, apply for the free pass before December 18 and go. If you are a store owner with a live affiliate program and real partner revenue, buy the Networking pass before October 9 and treat the $560 discount as real money. If you are a store owner without an affiliate program yet, skip it this cycle. Build the program first, get partners producing, and then the conference becomes a place where you collect rather than a place where you browse.

And if you are anywhere near the fence, price the whole trip before you price the ticket. Nobody regrets a $699 badge. People regret the $2,300 that quietly attached itself to it.

Every price and date above was read on the organiser’s own live pages on 23 September 2026. Conference pricing moves on deadlines, and two of the deadlines quoted here fall inside the next three months, so check the page before you pay.
