Ads go live approximately 2 to 3 months after onboarding once initial suppliers are approved and uploaded. Supplier recruiting and catalog uploading continues after ads go live.

Bi-Weekly Done-With-You Coaching & AI Automation Training
Ads are live and the store is running. Supplier recruiting and catalog uploading continues until every supplier in your package is recruited and their full catalog is live. Once all suppliers are done, you receive one additional month of done-with-you coaching to wrap up operations, AI automation training, and handoff. Frequently Asked Questions
Can I pay for my turnkey business in installments?
Yes. Choose 50/50 (two payments) or a fixed monthly plan of $1,997: 3 payments for Starter, 4 for Growth, 6 for Scale. Book a call, email or text us to set one up.
What is the difference between paying upfront and paying monthly?
Same deliverables either way. Paying in full costs least ($4,997 / $6,697 / $9,997). The 50/50 option costs about 10% more and the monthly plan about 20% more, because we carry part of the cost of your build.
How many monthly payments will I make?
Exactly 3 (Starter), 4 (Growth) or 6 (Scale). It is a fixed commitment for the package price, not a cancel-anytime subscription. Billing stops on its own after your last scheduled payment.
Can I get the Scale-only systems on a monthly plan?
Yes, on the 6-payment Scale plan. The Scale-only systems require the full six-month commitment.
When is the final 50/50 payment due?
When your first Google or Microsoft Shopping campaign goes live, usually month 2 to 3. We invoice you then.
What happens if a scheduled payment fails?
We let you know right away. If it is not sorted within 7 days, work pauses until it is paid, and your timeline moves out by the same amount.
Do I need to sign a contract?
Yes. Paying confirms you accept our Turnkey Service Terms, and right after payment you e-sign your full agreement on your welcome page. What is your refund policy?
All payments are non-refundable once made, because we start allocating team time to your build right away. Ask me anything on a discovery call before you pay.
What if the flash sale ends before I am ready?
Book a discovery call before the timer runs out, even for a later date, and we will honor the same offer on your call.
Do I need to buy a Shopify theme?
No. We build your custom design on a free Shopify theme, usually Dawn or Horizon, or another free theme you choose, so there are no theme license costs.
Is this passive income?
No. You own and run the business: processing orders, paying suppliers, customer service and fraud checks. We train you, and Scale includes recruiting a VA to take over daily tasks.
Is ongoing management included after my project?
No. You can add Full-Service Management and Scaling at $1,997 a month under its own agreement, or run the store yourself.
Can I do this from outside the US?
Yes. We work with clients outside the US who form a US LLC, and we walk you through it. Selling into Canada or Australia depends on the brands' dealer territories; ask on your call.
How long does the full service take?
Ads typically launch 2 to 3 months after onboarding, once initial suppliers are approved and their catalogs are uploaded. Supplier recruiting and catalog uploading continues after ads go live until every supplier in your package is fully onboarded. Inventory and price updates are provided throughout until all suppliers are done. Once recruiting and uploading is complete, you receive one additional month of coaching. What theme is used for the store?
We build your custom design on a free Shopify theme, usually Dawn or Horizon, or another free theme you choose, so there is no theme to buy and no license cost. Every template is customized for your brand, your niche and your customers, and set up to convert high-ticket buyers and quote requests.
What does the AI-powered product catalog setup include?
We upload your supplier's products, write AI-generated SEO-optimized product descriptions for each listing, and configure base variants. We also set up category collection pages and meta titles and descriptions.
What do the bi-weekly coaching calls cover?
Bi-weekly coaching calls begin the day your ads launch and continue throughout the supplier recruiting and uploading process. Once all suppliers are fully recruited and uploaded, you receive one additional month of done-with-you coaching. What payment methods do you accept?
Pay by card or PayPal through our PayPal checkout or invoice, or by direct business bank transfer on request. Eligible buyers may also see PayPal's own Pay Later options at checkout, which are separate from our plans. Some clients open a 0% intro APR business credit card to spread the cost; only do that if you can pay it off before the promotional rate ends.
Do you take equity or a revenue share?
No. This is a one-time service fee. Once we deliver, you own the business 100%, no equity taken, no revenue share, ever.
Do you offer a guarantee?
Yes. We guarantee a minimum of 5 approved US suppliers (or the number in your package), products live on your store, and Google or Bing Shopping ads active within 90 days. If we don't hit those, we keep working at no additional cost.
What happens after the coaching period ends?
After your 3-month coaching period ends, you run your store independently with the AI systems and workflows we've built together. Post-launch scaling services are available: continued supplier recruiting, catalog uploading, inventory automation, ads management, SEO, and ongoing coaching.
