Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to sign a contract?
Yes. Paying confirms you accept our Turnkey Service Terms, and right after payment you e-sign your full agreement on your welcome page. It lists your package, price, schedule, deliverables and terms, and work starts once it is signed. Your agreement confirms the package scope before work begins. What is your refund policy?
All payments are non-refundable once made, because we start allocating team time to your build right away. Email me with any questions before you pay.
What if the flash sale ends before I am ready?
The countdown resets every night at midnight Pacific time. Each day starts a new countdown. The timer does not mean the service becomes unavailable at midnight. Review the current package price before ordering, or email me with questions.
Do I need to buy a Shopify theme?
No. We build your custom design on a free Shopify theme, usually Dawn or Horizon, or another free theme you choose, so there are no theme license costs.
Is this passive income?
No. Your business needs customer service, order processing, supplier payments, and fraud checks. Your Turnkey package includes training. After delivery, you or your team handle customer service and orders. Scale includes trained AI assistants for common phone, email, and chat questions. Monthly coaching with me continues for life with both packages.
What do I still need to handle as the owner?

What support do I receive after delivery?
Your lifetime monthly coaching calls with me continue after your store build is complete. Bring questions about ads, suppliers, daily operations, and growth. Monthly coaching is included with both packages. Ongoing day-to-day store management is outside the Turnkey build.
Can I do this from outside the US?
Yes. We work with clients outside the US who form a US LLC, and we walk you through it. Selling into Canada or Australia depends on the brands' dealer territories; ask on your call.
How long does the full service take?
Both packages target ads launch 2 months after onboarding. Beginner completes all 10 approved suppliers, catalogs, and core deliverables by month 3. Scale completes all 30 approved suppliers, catalogs, and expanded deliverables by month 6. Supplier approvals, platform reviews, and timely client access affect timing. Monthly coaching calls continue for life with both packages.
What theme is used for the store?
We build your custom design on a free Shopify theme, usually Dawn or Horizon, or another free theme you choose, so there is no theme to buy and no license cost. Every template is customized for your brand, your niche and your customers, and set up to convert high-ticket buyers and quote requests.
What does the AI-powered product catalog setup include?
We upload your supplier's products, write AI-generated SEO-optimized product descriptions for each listing, and configure base variants. We also set up category collection pages and meta titles and descriptions.
What do the lifetime monthly coaching calls cover?
Bring your questions about ad results, suppliers, daily operations, growth, and AI tools for your store. Every Turnkey purchase includes monthly coaching calls with me for life, including after full delivery. No separate coaching fee.
What payment methods do you accept?
Pay the one-time build fee through our secure checkout using the payment methods displayed. Direct business bank transfer is available by prior arrangement.
Do you take equity or a revenue share?
No. This is a one-time service fee. Once we deliver, you own the business 100%, no equity taken, no revenue share, ever.
Do you offer a guarantee?
We deliver the agreed store build, approved suppliers, catalog uploads, and launch setup for your selected package: 10 suppliers with Beginner or 30 with Scale. Beginner launches ads in 2 months and completes all 10 suppliers and the full core package by month 3. Scale launches ads in 2 months and completes all 30 suppliers and the full Scale package by month 6. If an agreed deliverable takes longer, we continue working at no additional service fee until completion. Supplier and platform approvals affect timing.
Does Scale include a quote funnel and product sales pages?
Yes. Scale includes a dedicated quote-request landing page, quote form, lead notifications, and follow-up setup. Your included supplier catalogs receive custom product sales pages with product-specific copy, specifications, FAQs, trust signals, and calls to action. We deliver pages in stages as catalogs go live, targeting full package delivery by month 6. Ongoing optimization, lead handling, and outreach execution belong to monthly management.
Which package includes the AI systems?
Scale includes a fully trained AI phone receptionist, AI email responder, and AI chatbot for your store. Scale also includes cloud-based AI inventory and price automation using supplier updates and checks of supplier or selected competitor websites. Pricing follows supplier MAP rules. These done-for-you AI systems are exclusive to Scale. Both packages include AI automation training during coaching. Software subscriptions and usage charges are separate.
