Wholesale2b Pricing 2026: How the Plans Are Structured and Where to See the Real Numbers

Wholesale2b Pricing 2026: How the Plans Are Structured and Where to See the Real Numbers
Affiliate disclosure: This post contains affiliate links. If you buy through them, I may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Full disclosure

Wholesale2b uses a pricing model that is genuinely different from most dropshipping supplier platforms: instead of charging per product, per order, or per import, you pay a flat monthly fee for each sales channel you want to sell on. That structure means the right Wholesale2b plan depends on which platforms you are selling on, not on how many products you want to list. What it does not mean is that you can look up the number before you sign up. Wholesale2b does not publish its plan pricing publicly. You have to open a free account to see what each tier actually costs.

I’m Trevor Fenner, founder of Ecommerce Paradise. I teach high-ticket dropshipping and help ecommerce operators build stores with real supplier relationships. Wholesale2b is one of the supplier directory and automation platforms I cover at ecommerceparadise.com/Wholesale2b.

I price things for a living, so I would rather tell you the structure and send you to the source for the number than print a figure I cannot stand behind. The complete high-ticket dropshipping guide covers the full supplier landscape for operators evaluating their sourcing options.

Why There Are No Dollar Figures in This Post

This is a pricing post that does not quote a price, so it is worth explaining that up front rather than letting you hunt for a number that is not here.

Wholesale2b keeps its plan pricing behind a free account signup. The homepage sells the funnel rather than the number: it advertises a forever free trial, a get started free button, and no credit card needed, and it describes the offer as managing your entire dropship business in one place for one monthly fee, without ever attaching a figure to that fee. The dedicated plans page renders no content at all when you visit it directly.

The pricing page does load. What it currently serves is unfinished template placeholder content: section subheads made of scrambled filler text, feature bullets that read like a web design demo rather than a product, identical feature lists across three tiers, and FAQ answers that are lorem-style filler from beginning to end. The three plans shown carry round demo numbers billed per user, which is not even the unit Wholesale2b sells on. Those are template dummy values, not prices. A supplier platform shipping a lorem-ipsum pricing page is a small thing, and I will only say it once, but it is the reason this post quotes nothing.

Our own site previously carried Wholesale2b figures in several places, and they did not agree with each other. When a number cannot be sourced and our own copies contradict each other, the honest move is to remove all of them rather than pick a favourite. So every Wholesale2b dollar figure has come out of this post, and none of it has been swapped for a different number.

The practical consequence for you is small. Wholesale2b’s free tier is genuinely free and does not ask for a card, so the real price is roughly ten minutes away. The section near the end of this post walks through exactly how to get it.

How Wholesale2b Pricing Works

Wholesale2b’s pricing model is built around sales channels rather than product counts or order volumes, which makes it structurally different from supplier directory platforms that charge a single all-access monthly fee. You choose the plan that corresponds to where you want to sell: Shopify, eBay, Amazon, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, or another platform. Each channel has its own monthly plan, and if you want to sell across multiple channels simultaneously, you pay for each channel plan separately as independent subscriptions managed through your Wholesale2b account.

That is different from platforms that charge one monthly fee for access to every sales channel regardless of how many you use. Wholesale2b’s per channel model means the entry cost is lower if you are focused on one primary platform, and the total climbs if you want simultaneous selling across Shopify, eBay, and Amazon at the same time. Understanding this before you open the free account matters more than any single figure, because it tells you which number to go looking for. An operator who only sells on Shopify needs one plan price. An operator running three marketplaces needs three, and needs to add them up.

The tiers are also not all priced the same as each other. Wholesale2b’s own plan structure separates the storefront integrations from the heavier tiers, and the plans that involve more setup on Wholesale2b’s side sit above the plain channel integrations. That relative ordering is stable and useful even without figures attached, because it tells you where in the range each option sits before you look.

Wholesale2b Plans and What Each One Covers

Free Plan: Browse Only

Wholesale2b offers a free plan that gives access to the product catalog for browsing and research. You can search the full catalog, view wholesale pricing, see supplier names, and evaluate catalog depth in specific categories without paying anything and without entering a credit card. The free plan does not include the ability to import products to a store, sync inventory, or route orders automatically.

It is a research tool rather than a selling tool, and it is also the only way to see the paid plan prices. That dual purpose makes it the obvious first step for anyone evaluating Wholesale2b, and it is worth more than most free tiers in this category because it does not expire and does not ask for payment details.

Shopify Plan

The Shopify plan gives you the full Wholesale2b integration for Shopify stores: automated product imports directly into your store, real-time inventory synchronization so your listings reflect current supplier stock levels, and automated order routing that sends customer orders to the Wholesale2b supplier network for fulfillment without manual processing.

This is the most popular tier for new dropshipping operators starting out on a single platform, and the most relevant for operators building Shopify stores who want automated inventory management without manual tracking. The limitation worth understanding clearly is that the Shopify plan covers Shopify only. If you also want to sell on eBay or Amazon, those require separate plan subscriptions at their own prices.

eBay Plan

The eBay plan mirrors the Shopify plan in structure. You get automated product listing creation for eBay, inventory synchronization to keep eBay listings accurate, and automated order routing when eBay sales come in. The eBay plan includes features specific to eBay’s listing format: automatic category mapping, title optimization suggestions, and eBay-compliant product data formatting.

eBay dropshipping has its own dynamics and policy considerations worth understanding before committing to this plan. eBay’s policies require that products ship from suppliers that are the original manufacturer or an authorized distributor rather than from marketplace resellers. Wholesale2b’s supplier network consists of established US-based wholesale distributors, which generally meets eBay’s dropshipping policy requirements better than AliExpress-sourced products do.

Amazon Plan

The Amazon plan sits above the plain storefront integrations, reflecting the additional complexity of Amazon’s listing requirements, Brand Registry considerations, and the larger transaction volume potential of the Amazon marketplace. The plan includes automated product listing to Amazon Seller Central, inventory synchronization, and order routing. Because the fee is flat rather than per order, high-volume Amazon sellers get more value per dollar from the integration as order volume increases.

WooCommerce Plan

The WooCommerce plan provides the same automation stack as the Shopify plan for WooCommerce stores: product import, inventory sync, and order routing. WooCommerce integration requires a WordPress site with WooCommerce installed and the Wholesale2b plugin or data feed configured correctly for your store’s product structure. The setup is slightly more technical than the Shopify integration given WordPress’s open-source nature, but the operational workflow once configured is comparable.

BigCommerce Plan

BigCommerce operators get automated product imports, inventory sync, and order routing on the same storefront integration footing as Shopify and WooCommerce. BigCommerce is a less common platform choice for dropshipping operators, but it is a viable option particularly for operators who prefer BigCommerce’s built-in multi-currency support, native B2B features, and higher API call limits on entry-level plans compared with similarly positioned Shopify tiers.

Datafeed Plan

The Datafeed plan is designed for operators who want to manage their own product integration rather than using Wholesale2b’s platform-specific apps. It provides access to Wholesale2b’s complete product data feeds in CSV, XML, and other formats for custom integration with any selling platform. This tier is most relevant for technically sophisticated operators running custom-built stores, headless commerce setups, or selling platforms not directly supported by Wholesale2b’s app integrations, where direct data feed access is more flexible than channel-specific apps. It sits above the plain storefront plans in the lineup.

Website Plan

Wholesale2b also offers a plan that includes a pre-built dropshipping website powered by their catalog and hosted on Wholesale2b’s infrastructure. This is the closest thing to a turnkey dropshipping solution Wholesale2b offers, though it is notably different from a custom-built Shopify or WooCommerce store in terms of design flexibility, SEO control, brand differentiation, theme customization, and the ability to build a long-term branded customer relationship and email list. Like the Datafeed plan, it sits above the plain channel integrations.

Multi-Channel Costs: What Selling on Several Platforms Does to the Bill

The per channel model means multi-platform selling stacks. Two channels is two subscriptions. Three channels is three. There is no bundle that collapses them into one fee, so the total scales linearly with the number of places you sell.

I would normally show you that arithmetic with real numbers. I cannot, because the inputs are not published, and doing the sum against a number I invented would be worse than not doing it at all. What I can tell you is the shape of the answer: single channel operators see Wholesale2b at its most competitive, and the platform gets progressively less competitive against flat all-channel rivals with every marketplace you add. If you are planning three channels, price all three inside the free account before you commit to any of them.

According to Shopify’s dropshipping supplier guide, most successful dropshipping operators focus on one or two primary channels rather than spreading across many platforms simultaneously. That matters here, because it means Wholesale2b’s per channel model is less of a disadvantage in practice than the stacking math suggests for most operators. Multi-channel is a plan most people describe and few people execute.

Wholesale2b vs Competitors on Price

Here is the fair way to compare a platform that publishes prices against one that does not: note the asymmetry, and treat it as information rather than as an accusation.

Salehoo’s published entry plan, Starter, is $9 per month billed annually, which works out to $108 a year, or $299 as a one-time payment. Its Pro plan is $49 per month billed annually or $1,699 one time. Salehoo no longer publishes a separate directory only price, so directory access now comes bundled into the Starter plan alongside a single store connection and a monthly cap on product imports, rather than the per channel automation Wholesale2b provides. Whatever you think of those figures, you can see them before you hand over an email address.

Inventory Source is worth naming in any price comparison for a reason most roundups skip: its supplier directory search tier is free, at zero dollars a month, including supplier contact info and feed previews. Its paid automation tiers start well above where Wholesale2b’s storefront plans are generally understood to sit. Spocket publishes a monthly and an annual price on every tier and meters on unique products rather than sales channels, which is a different unit entirely and not directly comparable to a per channel fee.

Against that group, Wholesale2b is the one asking you to sign up before it will tell you the number. That is a real cost, even if it is not a dollar cost. It costs you the ability to shortlist before you commit attention, and it means every comparison table you find online that quotes a Wholesale2b price is quoting something the vendor is not currently standing behind in public. Several of those tables disagree with each other, which is exactly what you would expect when the source is not publishing.

None of that makes Wholesale2b a bad platform. It aggregates a large catalog, it has been operating since 2004, and the automation genuinely works. It does mean that a price comparison involving Wholesale2b is a comparison you have to finish yourself, inside a free account, rather than one you can finish from a blog post.

What’s Included in Every Plan

Regardless of which channel plan you choose, all Wholesale2b paid plans include access to the full catalog from hundreds of US-based wholesale suppliers, real-time inventory synchronization, automated order routing to supplier fulfillment, product data including images and descriptions, and basic customer support.

Wholesale2b’s own homepage claims more than 500,000 sellers use the platform, more than 2 million products from over 100 suppliers, and a 4.6 out of 5 rating based on more than 1,000 ratings. Those are the vendor’s numbers rather than mine, and I am quoting them as claims rather than as verified counts, but they give you a sense of the scale the platform is operating at.

Catalog breadth is Wholesale2b’s strongest value proposition relative to niche-specific supplier directories and smaller curated platforms. Coverage across electronics, home goods, health and beauty, pet supplies, sporting goods, outdoor gear, and more gives operators real niche flexibility within a single platform subscription. The high-ticket niches list covers which product categories have the strongest high-ticket dropshipping fundamentals if you are deciding which niche to target within that catalog.

Costs Beyond the Subscription

The monthly fee covers Wholesale2b’s platform access, but it is not the whole cost of running on the platform, and the extras are the part that quietly moves your margin.

Wholesale2b applies a transaction fee on orders routed through their system, separate from the monthly plan fee. Like the plan pricing itself, the exact fee is something to confirm inside your account rather than take from a blog post. Whatever it turns out to be, it belongs in your margin calculation before you set retail prices, and it matters most on lower-margin products where a percentage point is the difference between a good order and a pointless one.

Suppliers within the Wholesale2b network also charge shipping fees that are separate from the platform subscription and that vary substantially by supplier, product weight, and destination. Calculating total landed cost, meaning wholesale product price plus supplier shipping plus the platform transaction fee, before setting retail prices is the whole game for maintaining viable margins across a catalog. The free high-ticket dropshipping blueprint book walks through pricing structure and margin math step by step, which is the right place to start if you are new to landed cost.

How to Get Wholesale2b’s Real Prices in About Ten Minutes

Since the number is not public, here is the actual procedure, which is short.

Open the free account first. It does not require a credit card, and the free tier is a permanent browse tier rather than a countdown trial, so nothing expires on you while you evaluate. Once you are inside, go to the plans area of your account and read the current price for the specific channel you intend to sell on. Read it for every channel you intend to sell on, not just the first one, because the tiers are not uniformly priced and the storefront plans, the marketplace plans, and the datafeed and website plans sit at different levels.

While you are in there, do the catalog work too, because it is the part that actually decides whether the subscription is worth anything. Search your target niche and count how many products you would realistically list. Check how many distinct suppliers those products come from, since a catalog that looks deep but resolves to two suppliers is a fragile catalog. Look at the wholesale prices against what the same products retail for, and work out whether the margin survives supplier shipping and the transaction fee.

Then do the arithmetic yourself with the real numbers in front of you: plan price for each channel, multiplied by the number of channels, plus transaction fees on your expected order volume. That is your monthly floor, and it is the number that tells you how many orders a month make the subscription pay for itself. It takes about ten minutes and it beats any figure a third party can give you, including this one.

Is Wholesale2b Worth It Without a Published Price?

For operators who want broad product catalog access with automated inventory sync and order routing on a single primary platform, Wholesale2b is worth the ten minutes it takes to check. The automation eliminates the manual work of tracking inventory changes and routing orders to suppliers, which has real time value for anyone managing hundreds or thousands of products across a supplier network where stock levels change daily.

The unpublished pricing is a genuine mark against it, and I would not pretend otherwise. Vendors who publish let you rule them in or out in thirty seconds. Vendors who do not are asking for a signup before they have earned one. In Wholesale2b’s case that ask is softened by the free tier being genuinely free and genuinely useful, so the cost of finding out is low. It would still be better if the number were on the page.

For operators focused specifically on high-ticket products with US brand-name manufacturer relationships, Wholesale2b’s wholesale distributor catalog offers a different entry point than direct dealer applications. The products available through Wholesale2b are sourced from wholesale distributors rather than directly from brand manufacturers, which means the supplier relationships are less exclusive than direct dealer agreements and more operators can access the same catalog simultaneously. The supplier sourcing guide covers the distinction and the competitive implications of each approach.

If direct dealer applications are the model you want to pursue instead, the High-Ticket Dropshipping Masterclass covers that process in depth. It is a slower start and a better moat.

According to BigCommerce’s guide to dropshipping suppliers, automated inventory synchronization is one of the most operationally critical features for dropshipping stores with large catalogs, because out-of-stock orders are a leading cause of negative customer experiences and marketplace policy violations. Wholesale2b’s real-time inventory sync addresses that risk directly, and that is the thing you are actually buying.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does Wholesale2b cost per month?
Wholesale2b does not publish its plan pricing publicly, so there is no figure to quote here. You need to open a free account to see current prices for each plan. The free account does not require a credit card. What is public is the structure: there is a free browse-only tier, and paid plans are priced per sales channel, with the datafeed and prebuilt website tiers sitting above the plain storefront integrations.

Why won’t this post just tell me the price?
Because Wholesale2b is not currently telling anyone the price in public. Its plans page renders no content and its pricing page is serving unfinished template placeholder text with demo numbers in it. Every Wholesale2b price you find in a comparison article is therefore unsourced, which is why several of them contradict each other. Rather than add another unverifiable figure to that pile, this post sends you to the only current source, which is your own free account.

Does Wholesale2b charge per order?
Wholesale2b’s primary pricing model is a flat monthly subscription per sales channel, not a per-order fee. There is a transaction fee on orders routed through the platform, but the bulk of the cost is the flat monthly subscription rather than variable per-order charges. That makes the cost predictable, and the economics improve as order volume rises within a subscription period. Confirm the current transaction fee inside your account.

Is there a free trial for Wholesale2b?
Wholesale2b offers a free plan that allows catalog browsing without a time limit rather than a traditional countdown trial, and it does not ask for a credit card. You can research products and evaluate catalog depth in your target niche before committing to a paid plan. The free plan does not include product import, inventory sync, or order routing, but it does let you see the paid plan prices.

Can I use Wholesale2b with Shopify and eBay at the same time?
Yes, but you need to subscribe to the Shopify plan and the eBay plan separately, and you pay for both. Each channel plan is its own subscription and there is no multi-channel bundle, so selling across three channels means three subscriptions. Price each one inside your free account and add them up before you commit.

How does Wholesale2b compare to other dropshipping platforms on price?
You cannot complete that comparison from public information, because Wholesale2b is the only platform in the group not publishing. Salehoo, Spocket, and Inventory Source all publish current plan prices on their own sites, and Inventory Source additionally offers a free supplier directory search tier. The honest comparison is that Wholesale2b’s per channel model favours single-platform operators and gets progressively less attractive as you add channels, and that you have to sign up to check.

How long has Wholesale2b been in business?
Wholesale2b has operated since 2004, which makes it one of the longer-running supplier aggregation platforms in the dropshipping category. Longevity is not the same as fit for your niche, but in a category with a lot of short-lived operators it is worth something.
