Best Affiliate Marketing Conferences in 2027

Affiliate disclosure: This post contains affiliate links. If you buy through them, I may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Full disclosure

There is a version of this article on most affiliate blogs that lists twenty conferences, gives none of their prices, and tells you every one of them is unmissable. This is not that. I read the ticket pages of nine affiliate and partnership conferences on 23 September 2026 and wrote down what each one actually charges, when it runs, and who it lets in free. Four of them publish no price at all, and I say so instead of filling the gap with a guess.

I have been running ecommerce businesses since October 2010. In 2022 I sold a multi-store portfolio doing about $7 million a year, and I now run affiliate programs and teach high-ticket dropshipping. Most people reading this sell $1,000 to $5,000 products out of a store they run themselves. For you, a conference is not a line item. It is roughly two to three thousand dollars and a working week, and that is real money at the stage most of you are at.

So I am going to do two things. First, the prices, dates and free routes, all read off the organisers’ own pages, with the page each figure came from. Second, the part nobody writes down: which of these is actually worth the flight for a store owner, and the specific situations where the honest answer is stay home and spend the money on your supplier pipeline instead.

Short version if you want it now. If you earn affiliate commissions, Affiliate Summit West is free and it is the best-value badge in the industry. If you are a brand or retailer rather than an affiliate, PI LIVE Europe is the only event I found that publishes a free route in for you. If you are paying full freight out of pocket, Affiliate World Asia’s current sale price is the lowest published paid ticket to a major event with a future date on it.

The Cheapest Paid Ticket to a Major Affiliate Event Right Now Is $771

Affiliate World Asia runs 9 to 10 December 2026 in Bangkok. Its affiliate ticket is listed at $771 against a $1,999 full price, and the company ticket at $1,149 against $2,999. Both are sale prices with a countdown on the page.

Every Affiliate Marketing Conference Price I Could Verify

This table is ordered by how useful I think each event is to an ecommerce store owner, not by size. Every price came off the organiser’s own live page on 23 September 2026. A blank is a blank because they publish nothing, not because I stopped looking.

Conference Next dates and city Cheapest paid ticket Top published ticket Free or reduced route
Affiliate Summit West January 26 to 28, 2027, Caesars Forum, Las Vegas $699 Networking $1,299 Partnership Week Free affiliate pass, applications close December 18, 2026

That is eleven rows, counted against what I wrote. Four of the eleven publish no ticket price I could read, which tells you something about this industry. Now the detail behind each one.

Affiliate Summit West: Free If You Are an Affiliate, $699 If You Are Not

Affiliate Summit West 2027 runs January 26 to 28, 2027 at Caesars Forum in Las Vegas. The ASW register page lists three tiers: Networking at $699 against a $1,259 full price, VIP at $999 against $1,559, and Partnership Week at $1,299 against $2,159. All three say the discount expires October 9, 2026.

The reason this event sits first is the free pass. The affiliate pass application page says that if you are “an affiliate actively earning commission through your own owned and operated affiliate campaigns and/or sites” you can attend for free, with applications closing Friday, December 18, 2026 and passes limited. Affiliate Summit puts the logic in its own words on the West page: “Unlike our competitors, we won’t charge you a cent to attend and you’ll have access to every single session, meet-up and party.”

Understand who that excludes. If you sell $3,000 products and you want to go and recruit affiliates for your own store, you are an advertiser, and you pay. The free pass is for the people you are trying to hire, not for you.

Scale-wise, the West page claims 7,000 or more attendees, 300 or more exhibitors, three days of sessions and eight topic tracks, and says 81% of affiliates prefer ASW over any other event, with an asterisk it does not expand. It also states that at ASW26 it hosted “8,218+ meetings and 103,759 total connections”. If you want the full cost breakdown including flights and hotel, I wrote that up separately in my complete Affiliate Summit cost guide.

PI LIVE Europe: The Only One That Lets Brands In Free

PI LIVE Europe runs 19 to 21 October 2026 in London, and its passes page is the most honest pricing page in this entire article. It splits by who you are and prints the VAT position on every card.

PI LIVE Europe pass Price Listed against Who it is for
Brand Access Pass Complimentary Limited, application required Retailers and consumer brands
Boutique Agency Pass £595 No comparison price shown Agencies with 10 or fewer staff, max 2 passes
Retailer Standard £835 No comparison price shown Retailers and consumer brands
Publisher Standard £995 £1,195 Affiliates, publishers and creators
Publisher VIP £1,245 £1,445 Affiliates, publishers and creators
Industry Standard £1,295 £1,695 Tech, SaaS, networks and vendors
Industry VIP £1,545 £1,945 Tech, SaaS, networks and vendors

Seven pass types, counted. Agency Standard and Agency VIP are listed at the same £995 and £1,245 as the Publisher tiers, so I have not repeated them as separate rows.

Two things make this page better than everyone else’s. It says on every card that all passes exclude 20% VAT, which means a £995 pass is really £1,194 to a buyer who cannot reclaim it. And it publishes a group discount out loud: 10% off on four or more passes with the code GROUP2026. Nobody else in this article prints either.

The Brand Access Pass is the one that matters for readers of this site. It is listed as complimentary, limited in number and application-based, and it is aimed at retailers and consumer brands rather than at affiliates. That is the mirror image of Affiliate Summit’s model, and if you are a store owner it is the only free door in this whole list. The page does also say applications for the 2026 Hosted Meetings Programme have closed, so that specific track is gone for this year.

Affiliate World: Three Events, Wildly Different Prices

Affiliate World runs three regional events and prices them in three currencies, which makes it easy to quote the wrong one at someone.

Affiliate World Asia is the live one. Its Bangkok page says 9 to 10 December 2026 and lists the affiliate ticket at a $771 sale price against a $1,999 full price, badged “SAVE $1,228”, and the company ticket at $1,149 against $2,999, badged “SAVE $1,850”. The arithmetic on both is correct. The page claims 7,000 or more attendees and 35 or more speakers.

Affiliate World Europe last ran 9 to 10 July 2026 in Budapest. Its page still shows €999 affiliate against €1,999 full, and €1,499 company against €2,999, with a claimed 4,000 or more attendees. Those are euro prices for a past event, so treat them as a guide to what the next cycle will cost rather than as a current price.

Affiliate World Global in Dubai last ran 4 to 5 March 2026. Its page shows $1,999 affiliate and $2,999 company with the saving displayed as $0, next to a note reading “AW Dubai tickets on sale soon”. Those are the full prices with no discount applied yet, not a current offer.

Worth saying plainly: Affiliate World charges affiliates. Affiliate Summit does not. If you are an affiliate deciding between the two on price alone, that is a $771 gap before you have booked a flight to Thailand.

Worried a Paid Ticket Is Wasted If You Do Not Know Anyone in the Room?

That is exactly the problem Affiliate Summit’s Meet Market format is built for. Its West page states it hosted 8,218 or more meetings and 103,759 total connections at ASW26, and the Networking pass is $699 until October 9, 2026.

See How the Meet Market Works →

The Network-Run Events: CJU, ThinkTank and Catalyst

Three of these are run by a network or a community rather than by an events company, and they behave differently.

CJU is CJ Affiliate’s own conference. The CJU page says September 14 to 17, 2026 in Santa Barbara, California, and carries a banner reading “Thanks for making CJU 2026 our best one yet. See you next September!” Pricing is published: a single rate of $1,995 and a group rate of $1,795.50 for groups of five or more, which the page describes as saving $199.50 per person against the single rate. The catch is the door policy. The page states CJU is invite only and exclusively for active CJ clients, and that an invitation code lets you register without guaranteeing a spot. It also says the event brings together 1,000 marketers, which makes it the smallest paid event in this article and the most curated.

ShareASale ThinkTank is where I have to be careful about a negative. Here are the pages I opened. shareasale.com/thinktank/ returns a 301 into Awin’s ShareASale onboarding page. thinktank.shareasale.com did not respond at all. Three plausible Awin paths, /us/think-tank, /us/thinktank and /us/events/think-tank, all returned 404. Awin’s own events hub at awin.com/gb/events-hub lists no ThinkTank entry and no prices. Awin’s sitemap does contain ThinkTank pages, but every one I opened is a news post or an event recap rather than a ticket page. So the honest statement is that I found no public ThinkTank ticket price, and that the ShareASale brand now routes into Awin. I am not going to tell you the event is dead, because I did not verify that.

Catalyst is run by Partnership Leaders. Its site says Catalyst 26 has ended, points at the Bay Area for 2027 with no date, and offers a 2027 ticket preorder with no price attached. The 2026 event was August 25 to 26 at the Marriott Hotel at the Brooklyn Bridge in Brooklyn. The one number it publishes is a hotel figure: a limited room block at $289 a night plus taxes and fees. Two useful policies from its FAQ: tickets are non-refundable but transferable to another person, and you do not need to be a Partnership Leaders member to attend. It also states that partner technology and service companies selling to partner organisations cannot buy a general admission ticket.

The Ecommerce-Side Events: CommerceNext and MAU

CommerceNext is a retail and ecommerce marketing community rather than an affiliate one, which is why it is worth a look if your interest is the store rather than the partnerships. Its site lists the Growth Show for June 8 to 9, 2027 at North Javits in New York with a pre-register link and no price, plus an AI Forum on October 14, 2026 at 10 Hudson Yards and a Post-Purchase Forum on October 15. The homepage carries a standing offer for retailers and brands of a free ticket plus a travel credit of up to $1,200, but the apply-by date on that banner has passed and no year is shown, so I would treat it as an indication that the offer exists rather than as current terms.

I also found a CommerceNext retailer registration page carrying $995 and $1,295 figures, but it is an undated legacy page with broken page-builder shortcodes visible in the text and no event year on it. I am not going to publish those as a current price.

MAU I could not verify at all. mauconference.com would not connect for me, and mobileappsunlocked.com served a JavaScript redirect to a lander page with no title and no readable text. I am publishing nothing about MAU’s dates or pricing because I read nothing.

What a Conference Actually Costs a Store Owner

Ticket price is the number everyone compares and the least important one. Here is the honest build for a US-based store owner flying to Affiliate Summit West 2027 in January.

Be clear which of these is which. The ticket line is read off the organiser’s page. The travel lines are my own planning budget from doing this trip repeatedly, not fares or rates I pulled today, and I am not presenting a guess as a citation.

Line item Lean Realistic
Ticket $699 $999
Flights, US domestic round trip $300 $600
Hotel, three nights $450 $900
Food, ground transport, incidentals $250 $500
Total out of pocket $1,699 $2,999

$699 plus $300 plus $450 plus $250 is $1,699. $999 plus $600 plus $900 plus $500 is $2,999. So call it $1,700 to $3,000 for a domestic trip. Bangkok or London from the US, and you are past $4,000 once you add the long-haul fare and the extra night for jet lag.

Neither Affiliate Summit event publishes a hotel rate you can plan against. The West hotel page names Harrah’s as the official hotel and says preferential rates have been organised without printing one. The East FAQ page says the Times Square rate can save up to $500 a night and that the link will follow, expected in February 2027.

Then there is the week. Three conference days plus two travel days is five working days you are not quoting suppliers, not answering customers and not fixing your site. If you are the only person in your business, that is the biggest line on the invoice and it does not appear on any of these pages.

Which One Should You Actually Go To?

If you earn affiliate commissions: Affiliate Summit West. Free pass, apply before December 18, 2026. Nothing else in this list comes close on value for an affiliate, because everyone else charges you. If you are building that side of things, start with how high-ticket affiliate marketing actually works before you book anything.

If you are a brand or retailer with a live affiliate program: PI LIVE Europe. The complimentary Brand Access Pass is the only free brand route in this article, and if you do not get one the Retailer Standard at £835 plus VAT is still competitive. London is also cheaper to reach from Europe than Las Vegas is from anywhere.

If you sell ecommerce products and partnerships are secondary: CommerceNext. It is the only event here built around retail and ecommerce marketing rather than around affiliate deal flow. You will have to ask them what a ticket costs, because they do not publish it.

If you are on CJ Affiliate already: CJU. At 1,000 attendees it is the one event in this list where you can actually meet the people who matter to your program rather than swimming through seven thousand badges. You cannot buy your way in, which is the point.

If you want the cheapest paid ticket to something big and soon: Affiliate World Asia. $771 for an affiliate ticket to a claimed 7,000 person event in December is the best paid price in this article. Bangkok is the expensive part, not the badge.

When You Should Not Go to Any of Them

This is the section that costs me commission, so I will be direct about it.

Do not go if you are pre-revenue. If you have not made sales yet, or you have not signed the suppliers who will carry your catalogue, no conference in this list solves that. Affiliate partnerships are a scaling lever. Nobody in a Las Vegas convention centre is going to approve you as an authorized dealer. Spend that $2,500 on the work that moves a store at your stage. Start with finding and signing real suppliers. Then make sure you picked a niche with margin in it.

Do not go if you do not yet have an affiliate program. Build the program, get partners producing, then go and recruit more of them. Walking a Meet Market with nothing to offer is an expensive way to collect lanyards. My guide to launching an affiliate program is the prerequisite. After that, pick from the tracking platforms I would run one on.

Do not go without booked meetings. Every one of these events is large enough that an unplanned attendee drifts. Affiliate Summit’s own West page claims 7,000 or more attendees across eight tracks. If your calendar for those three days is empty when you land, you have already wasted the money.

Do not go twice in one year unless the first one paid for itself. Measure it. Deals signed, partners onboarded, revenue traceable to the room. If the first trip produced nothing you can point at, that is data, not bad luck.

Build the Store That Makes a Conference Worth Attending

A $2,500 trip only pays back when you already have suppliers, margin and traffic behind you. My masterclass walks through the high-ticket model I used to build and sell a portfolio doing about $7 million a year.

Affiliate Marketing Conferences FAQ

What is the biggest affiliate marketing conference?

Affiliate Summit West claims 7,000 or more attendees on its own event page, and Affiliate World Asia claims the same figure on its Bangkok page. Both describe themselves as the world’s largest. Affiliate Summit’s homepage separately claims 11,500 total attendees across both its events and 183,000 or more annual connections. Those are all organiser figures about their own events, so read them as claims rather than as audited numbers.

Are there any free affiliate marketing conferences?

None of the nine events I checked is free to everyone. Two publish a free route for a specific group. Affiliate Summit gives qualified affiliates a free pass on application, closing December 18, 2026 for the West 2027 event. PI LIVE Europe gives retailers and consumer brands a complimentary Brand Access Pass on application, limited in number.

How much do affiliate conference tickets cost in 2026?

Of the prices I could read, the range runs from £595 for PI LIVE Europe’s Boutique Agency Pass up to $2,999 for Affiliate World’s full-price company ticket in Dubai. The most common band for a standard paid ticket is roughly $700 to $1,300. Remember that PI LIVE’s figures exclude 20% VAT and the others are quoted without any tax note at all.

Which affiliate conference is best for ecommerce sellers?

If you want partners for your store, Affiliate Summit West, because that is where the affiliates are and the format is built for matchmaking. If you want retail and ecommerce marketing content rather than partnership deal flow, CommerceNext. If you are already on CJ Affiliate, CJU is smaller and more targeted than either.

Is Affiliate World better than Affiliate Summit?

They are different products at a similar scale. The clearest difference is money: Affiliate Summit lets qualified affiliates in free and Affiliate World charges them $771 on sale, or $1,999 at full price, for the Asia event. Affiliate World runs Bangkok, Budapest and Dubai, so it is the better fit if you sell outside North America. Affiliate Summit is the better fit for US market access. I have not attended both in the same year, so I am comparing their published terms rather than the rooms.

When are the 2027 affiliate conferences?

The confirmed 2027 dates I could read are Affiliate Summit West on January 26 to 28 in Las Vegas, Affiliate Summit East on July 26 to 27 in New York, and the CommerceNext Growth Show on June 8 to 9 in New York. Catalyst says the Bay Area in 2027 without a date. Note that Affiliate Summit publishes conflicting East dates across its own pages, with July 26 to 27 on most of them and July 27 to 28 on its homepage body, so confirm before you book flights.

My Verdict

The affiliate conference market is smaller and more honest about money than most software categories I cover, and PI LIVE is the reason I can say that. It is the only organiser in this list that prints a free brand route, a group discount and a VAT position on the same page. Everyone else makes you ask.

The single best value in the category is still the Affiliate Summit free affiliate pass. If you earn commissions, there is no argument to make. Apply before December 18, book the cheapest flight you can find, and go. The worst value is buying a full-price ticket to anything at all, because every event here discounts heavily and every discount has a published deadline.

For the store owner selling $1,000 to $5,000 products, my honest answer is that most of you should not go this year. Not because the events are bad, but because a conference converts existing assets into more of themselves. It multiplies a supplier list, an affiliate program and a traffic source. It does not create them. If you have those three things, go, and pick the event by who is in the room rather than by what the badge costs. If you do not have them yet, that $2,500 is worth far more spent on building them.

Every price, date and policy above was read on the organisers’ own live pages on 23 September 2026. Four of the eleven events publish no ticket price, and two of the deadlines quoted here fall within the next three months, so check the page before you pay anyone.
