Supplier Paradise Pricing 2026: Every Tier Broken Down

Affiliate disclosure: This post contains affiliate links. If you buy through them, I may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Full disclosure

Quick disclosure before the numbers: Supplier Paradise is my product. I built it and run it under Ecommerce Paradise, where I have spent 15 years teaching high-ticket dropshipping. I get paid when someone signs up. I would rather tell you that upfront and then walk you through exactly what each tier costs and who it actually fits, rather than let the pricing page do the selling on its own.

If you have not read my full Supplier Paradise review yet, that covers the product itself in more depth, including the database quality and where it falls short. This piece is just about the money: three paid tiers, one free option, and how to figure out which one is worth your dollars without overpaying for support you will not actually use.

The Three Paid Tiers at a Glance

Tier Price Billing Best For
Supplier Directory (Lifetime) $19 One-time Anyone starting supplier research from scratch
Directory + Monthly Coaching $97/mo (first month 50% off) Monthly, cancel anytime Sellers who want a human sanity check on niche and shortlist
Done-for-You Supplier Recruiting $997/mo ($498.50 first month with code DFY50) Monthly, cancel anytime Established stores buying back time on outreach
Not sure supplier sourcing is even your bottleneck yet? Start with niche selection first, since it determines everything downstream, including which supplier tier actually makes sense. Browse high-ticket niches →

Tier 1: Supplier Directory, $19 Lifetime

This is the entry point and, for most people reading this, probably the only tier you need. For a single $19 payment, you get lifetime access to the full database of 11,029 research leads across 886 product niches, each one showing the company name and its official website, plus the outreach scripts for reaching out by phone or email to ask about becoming an authorized dealer. There is no recurring charge. You pay once and the access does not expire.

I want to be specific about what $19 buys you and what it does not. It buys you a searchable, filterable starting list that would otherwise take you days or weeks to compile by hand through manual Google searches, the process I describe in detail in my complete guide to finding suppliers for high-ticket dropshipping. It does not buy you verified dropship relationships. Every single lead still needs you to visit the official website and have an actual conversation with the company before you know whether they offer dealer terms at all.

For context on where $19 sits relative to other supplier directories, SaleHoo charges roughly $67 a year on a recurring basis, and Worldwide Brands charges around $299 as a one-time fee. Supplier Paradise’s $19 entry point is meaningfully cheaper than either on a first-year basis, though I would caution against choosing a directory on price alone. Coverage depth in your specific niche and how current the data is both matter more than the sticker price once you actually start working through the list.

Tier 2: Directory Plus Monthly Coaching, $97 a Month

The middle tier includes everything in the $19 tier plus a 60-minute coaching call every month, focused specifically on narrowing your niche and building a prioritized supplier shortlist from the directory. The first month is discounted 50 percent, so your actual first charge is roughly $48.50 before it moves to the full $97 monthly rate. This tier bills monthly and you can cancel at any time, there is no long-term contract locking you in.

Whether $97 a month is worth it comes down to one honest question: do you actually need a recurring human touchpoint, or do you just need the list? A static database like the $19 tier works fine if you are disciplined about working through it on your own schedule. The coaching tier makes more sense if you know from experience that you tend to stall out on research tasks without some outside accountability, or if you specifically want someone reviewing your shortlist before you spend weeks on outreach to the wrong companies. I see this pattern constantly with my own coaching clients on the broader business side, the people who benefit most from paid accountability are usually the ones who already know they need it, not the ones hoping it will manufacture motivation from nothing.

Do the math on this one before you commit. $97 a month is $1,164 a year if you keep it running for twelve months. That is a meaningful sum for a single monthly call, so treat this tier as a short-term unlock during an active sourcing push rather than something you leave running indefinitely once your supplier list is already built out.

Tier 3: Done-for-You Supplier Recruiting, $997 a Month

The top tier includes the full directory, the outreach scripts, the monthly coaching call, and adds done-for-you supplier recruiting, meaning my team handles the actual outreach to manufacturers on your behalf based on the criteria you give us, plus direct onboarding once a supplier agrees to work with you. New customers can apply the code DFY50 for 50 percent off the first month, bringing the first charge to $498.50 before it renews at the full $997 monthly rate. That promo code is valid through August 27, 2027, and is limited to one use per customer.

$997 a month is a serious commitment, roughly $11,964 a year at the regular rate if you kept it running for a full twelve months, though most people using a service like this are running it for a focused stretch rather than indefinitely. This tier only makes financial sense if the time you would otherwise spend on outreach is worth more to you than the monthly fee, which typically means you already have a store generating revenue and you are trying to free up hours for the parts of the business only you can do, rather than someone just starting out who has more time than money.

If you are earlier in your journey and the $997 tier is out of reach, that is completely normal, and I would point you toward my done-for-you store build service instead if you want a broader hands-off option, since it wraps supplier outreach into the full store build rather than selling recruiting as a standalone monthly service.

The Free Resources

Before paying anything, Supplier Paradise offers a free supplier evaluation framework and a comparison scorecard with no payment required. If you want to see how the underlying methodology works before committing $19, start there. It will not give you the actual lead database, but it shows you the evaluation criteria the paid tiers are built around, which is a reasonable way to decide if the approach fits how you think about supplier research.

I would treat the free resources as a genuine first step rather than a formality on the way to the checkout page. If the evaluation framework and scorecard do not match how you already think about vetting a supplier, that is a useful signal before you spend even $19, and it costs you nothing but a few minutes to find out.

What’s Not Included Anywhere

I want to flag this clearly rather than bury it. As of when I wrote this, there is no published free trial on any tier, and there is no stated refund policy on the checkout pages. The $19 tier is cheap enough that the lack of a trial matters less, but if a refund policy is important to you before paying $97 or $997 a month, ask directly before you check out rather than assuming a standard policy applies. I will update this article the moment that changes.

How to Pick the Right Tier

Start with the $19 tier regardless of where you think you will end up. It is inexpensive enough that there is very little downside to starting there, and you can always upgrade later once you know whether you actually want the coaching or done-for-you layer on top. I would only skip straight to the $97 tier if you already know from experience that you need recurring accountability to actually work through a supplier list, and I would only consider the $997 tier once you have a store already generating enough revenue that buying back your own time is clearly worth more than the monthly fee.

One thing I would not do is buy the $997 tier as your very first move before you have validated a niche. Done-for-you supplier recruiting is only valuable once you know exactly what you are recruiting for. If you have not settled on a niche yet, spend time picking one and get your feet under you with my free mini course before you spend $997 on anything.

A practical way to think about it: start at $19, give yourself a real two or three week sprint working the directory and sending outreach, and only then decide whether you need to layer on paid support. If after that sprint you have a decent shortlist but keep second-guessing your niche fit or your outreach messaging, the $97 coaching tier solves a specific, identifiable problem. If instead you have validated demand, closed a handful of supplier agreements already, and the bottleneck is purely that you do not have enough hours in the week to keep prospecting new brands, that is when the $997 tier starts to pencil out. Jumping straight to either paid tier before you have felt that specific friction usually means paying for a problem you have not actually run into yet.

How This Compares to Other Directory Pricing Models

It helps to see Supplier Paradise’s pricing next to the other supplier directories I mention most often. SaleHoo runs about $67 a year as a recurring subscription, which means over three years you would pay roughly $201, more than ten times Supplier Paradise’s one-time $19 fee, though SaleHoo bundles in market research tools and a community forum that Supplier Paradise’s base tier does not include. Worldwide Brands charges around $299 once, positioning itself on its certification process rather than an ongoing subscription. According to Web Retailer’s independent supplier directory reviews, that certification step is the main thing buyers are paying the premium for, and it is a genuine gap in what Supplier Paradise currently offers.

None of this makes one pricing model objectively correct. A one-time $19 fee with no vetting and a $299 one-time fee with formal certification are two different products serving two different levels of buyer confidence and risk tolerance. What matters is being honest about which tradeoff you are making, which is exactly why I disclosed my ownership stake at the top of this article rather than letting the numbers speak for themselves.

Is $19 Actually Cheap for a Supplier Directory

It helps to zoom out and look at what research and sourcing tools cost across ecommerce software generally. Browse the supplier management and sourcing categories on G2’s software marketplace and you will find plenty of B2B sourcing tools charging anywhere from $50 to several hundred dollars a month for access to a curated supplier network. A one-time $19 fee for a static-but-searchable database sits well below that range, largely because Supplier Paradise is not attempting to be a full sourcing platform with order automation or inventory syncing the way some of those tools are. It is closer in spirit to a research shortcut than a piece of operational software, and it is priced accordingly.

The monthly tiers are a different comparison entirely. Forbes Advisor’s coverage of dropshipping tools notes that automation and hands-on service tend to command a real premium once a store crosses a meaningful order volume, which tracks with why the done-for-you tier here costs roughly ten times the coaching tier. You are not paying for more data at the higher tiers, the underlying directory is identical across all three. You are paying for someone else’s time, either in the form of a monthly call or in the form of outreach done on your behalf.

Budgeting This Into Your Startup Costs

If you are still working through the broader financial picture of starting a store, treat whichever tier you choose as one line item in a bigger startup budget rather than an isolated purchase. My business formation guide covers the other costs you will hit early, the LLC, the EIN, the seller’s permit, and a $19 one-time directory fee barely registers against that total. The $97 and $997 monthly tiers are a different story and deserve the same scrutiny you would give any other recurring software subscription before you commit to keeping them running past the first month.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the $19 tier really a one-time payment with no renewal?
Yes. The $19 Supplier Directory tier is billed once for lifetime access, with no recurring monthly or annual charge.

How much do I actually pay the first month on the $997 tier with the promo code?
With code DFY50, the first month is $498.50, a 50 percent discount, and it renews at the full $997 monthly rate afterward unless you cancel. The code is valid through August 27, 2027, and limited to one use per customer.

Can I upgrade from the $19 tier to a higher tier later?
Yes, you can move up to the coaching or done-for-you tier later once you know whether you need the added support, rather than committing to the most expensive option upfront.

Is there a refund if Supplier Paradise does not work for me?
No refund policy is currently published on the checkout pages, so confirm directly with support before purchasing, especially on the higher-priced monthly tiers.

Why should I trust your take on the pricing since you own the product?
You should factor in that I have a financial incentive here. I have tried to be specific about the actual dollar costs, including what a full year looks like on the recurring tiers, rather than only highlighting the discounted first-month price, so you can make the comparison honestly.

If pricing anywhere on this page feels like more commitment than you want right now, my coaching program is a lower-pressure way to get personalized guidance on your whole business, supplier sourcing included, at a flat monthly rate rather than a per-service add-on.

One more honest note before you check out. Prices, promo codes, and expiration dates on any product page can change after I publish this, mine included. Double check the live pricing on supplierparadise.com itself before you enter payment details, especially if you are reading this well after September 2026.
