Brand Radar is the right tool if you’re already a heavy Ahrefs user, you have an enterprise budget, and you need the kind of cross-platform brand monitoring that includes YouTube and Reddit alongside AI. For a Fortune 500 brand with a dedicated SEO team and a BI department that can pipe Brand Radar data into Looker Studio through the API, it’s a powerful add to the stack.

Where It Falls Short

For most high-ticket store owners, Brand Radar is overkill and overpriced. The accuracy issues have also been documented in independent testing, including reports of meaningful gaps between Brand Radar’s reported mentions and actual ChatGPT citations counted manually.
