Affiliate disclosure: some of the outbound links on this page are affiliate links, which means E-Commerce Paradise may earn a commission if you buy through one, at no extra cost to you. That never changes which tool wins a comparison here. Every price below came from Mangools’ own pricing page, and from the published pricing pages of the tools it is measured against, checked on 30 September 2026, and where a tool that pays us nothing is the better choice this article says so.

If you are looking at KWFinder as your keyword research tool for ecommerce blog content or any SEO-driven content business, the first thing to understand is that KWFinder is not sold as a standalone product. KWFinder is one of five tools in the Mangools SEO suite (alongside SERPChecker, SERPWatcher, LinkMiner, and SiteProfiler), and when you subscribe to any Mangools plan you get access to all five plus the newer AI Search Watcher.

The pricing tiers are organized around request limits and team seats rather than around which tools you can use, which is genuinely good value next to Semrush, where the cheapest published plan is $139 a month. The same capability gap holds against Ahrefs, whose Lite plan lists at $129 a month.

I have built and sold a lot of ecommerce stores over the years, including a three-store package that sold for $700,000, and through the work I do at Ecommerce Paradise I help operators get this kind of stack decision right. This guide breaks down every Mangools plan that includes KWFinder, what you actually pay in 2026, what each tier unlocks, and whether the investment is worth it for your specific stage.

For serious high-ticket dropshipping operators running content marketing as part of their growth strategy, picking the right SEO tool tier matters, because the wrong plan either bottlenecks your workflow or wastes money on capability you never use.

KWFinder Is Sold as the Mangools Bundle, and It Starts at $18.85 a Month

Mangools publishes exactly three plans. Basic is $18.85 a month on annual billing, which is $226.20 for the year, or $30.50 a month if you pay monthly. Every plan carries the whole bundle, so there is no feature paywall to work around.

A Correction Before the Numbers

This article previously published a five row price ladder for KWFinder: a Free plan, then Entry at $19.90 a month, Basic at $29.90, Premium at $44.90 and Agency at $89.90, all on annual billing. None of those four paid prices exists, and neither does the tier structure they describe. Mangools sells three plans, not four, there is no tier called Entry, and nothing on the plans page is named KWFinder any more. If you read this page earlier and budgeted $19.90 a month for the cheapest plan, the real cheapest plan is $18.85 a month on annual billing and $30.50 a month if you pay monthly, so the monthly figure you were given was understated by more than a third.

The product itself has been renamed. KWFinder is still the keyword research tool inside it, and that is still the name most people search for, but what you buy is the Mangools bundle and the plans are called Mangools Basic, Mangools Premium and Mangools Agency. The rest of this article uses Mangools for the product and KWFinder for the keyword tool inside it. Every figure below was read off the Mangools plans page on 30 September 2026.

Mangools and KWFinder Pricing at a Glance in 2026

Plan Monthly Price Annual Price KWFinder Limits Best For
Free $0 $0 5 searches/month (limited) Testing the platform
Mangools Basic $30.50/mo $18.85/mo, $226.20/yr (save 38%) 100 keyword research requests per 24h, 200 tracked keywords, no extra seats Solo bloggers, beginners, small affiliate sites
Mangools Premium $40.50/mo $26.35/mo, $316.20/yr (save 35%) 500 requests per 24h, 700 tracked keywords, 3 extra seats available Growing ecommerce stores, content marketers
Mangools Agency $70.50/mo $48.85/mo, $586.20/yr (save 31%) 1,200 requests per 24h, 1,500 tracked keywords, daily rank updates, 5 extra seats available Agencies, large in-house SEO teams

The annual billing discount on Mangools is one of the most aggressive in the SEO tool category. The page labels it Save ~35%, and the actual saving works out at 38 percent on Basic, 35 percent on Premium and 31 percent on Agency, so the label is a fair average rather than a floor. For any operator committed to using KWFinder for 12 months or more, annual billing is close to required. Always verify current pricing directly on the Mangools plans and pricing page, since these numbers shift during promotional periods.

One thing worth naming before you compare anything: Mangools publishes two prices per plan and they are far apart. Quoting the annual rate against a rival’s monthly rate, or the reverse, produces a conclusion that flips the moment you change cadence. Every comparison below says which cadence it is using.

How I evaluated Mangools pricing: I read every published tier off the vendor plans page at both cadences, checked the arithmetic (the page shows Basic struck through at $366.00 with $139.80 saved, and $366.00 minus $139.80 is the $226.20 it charges, which holds on all three tiers), tested the platform against real content operator workflows to calibrate which request allocation fits which content volume, and compared cost against the published Semrush and Ahrefs tiers rather than against remembered ones.

My Personal Take on KWFinder Pricing

Mangools is the most cost-efficient serious SEO suite for ecommerce content operators in 2026. Premium at $26.35 a month on annual billing hits the sweet spot for most operators producing 20 or more articles monthly across one or two stores, and Basic at $18.85 a month on annual billing is genuinely usable for solo bloggers producing 5 to 15 articles monthly. If you pay monthly instead, those same two plans are $40.50 and $30.50, which is a different decision.

Where Mangools pricing does not compete is at enterprise scale. Agencies serving 50 or more clients, or in-house SEO teams tracking 10,000 keywords and up, will hit the Agency plan’s published ceiling fast: 1,200 keyword research requests per 24 hours and 1,500 tracked keywords. For those operators, Semrush at $139 to $549 monthly, or Ahrefs from $129 a month for Lite up to $449 for Advanced, deliver deeper databases and more sophisticated workflows that justify the price gap.

For the typical Ecommerce Paradise reader running a high-ticket dropshipping store with content marketing as one traffic channel among many, Basic or Premium is the right tier. My typical starter recommendation: sign up for the 10-day Free+ trial, validate the workflow, then commit to Premium on annual billing to take the 35 percent saving. Mangools also publishes a 48 hour money back guarantee, which is short, so decide inside that window rather than assuming a long refund runway.

KWFinder Free Plan

Mangools offers a permanent free plan plus a 10-day Free+ trial that temporarily raises the limits. The permanent free tier gives you 5 KWFinder searches per month with up to 25 keyword suggestions per search, which is enough to evaluate whether the platform works for your workflow but not enough for any production use. Neither the free plan nor the trial is listed on the current plans page, which publishes only the three paid tiers and a 48 hour money back guarantee, so check both in the signup flow before you rely on them.

The Free+ trial is the more useful option. You get 10 days of elevated limits across all five Mangools tools (KWFinder, SERPChecker, SERPWatcher, LinkMiner, SiteProfiler), which is genuinely enough time to do real keyword research on a content batch, check competitor SERPs, and see whether the workflow fits your operation. Most operators who land on the Free+ trial decide within 5 to 7 days whether they want to upgrade. The 10-day window is meaningfully longer than Surfer SEO‘s 7-day money-back guarantee or Ahrefs’ limited trial structure, which makes Mangools easier to evaluate before committing.

Mangools Basic Plan

Mangools Basic at $30.50 a month on monthly billing, or $18.85 a month on annual billing for a $226.20 yearly charge, is where most solo creators and small ecommerce store owners start. The page publishes 100 keyword research requests per 24 hours, 200 keyword suggestions per request, 100 SERP analysis requests per 24 hours, 200 tracked keywords across unlimited domains with weekly rank updates, 100,000 backlink rows a month, and 20 site analysis requests per 24 hours. The one hard limit to know about: Basic publishes no extra seats at all, so it is a single operator plan.

For a solo blogger or small ecommerce operator producing 5 to 15 SEO optimized articles per month, Basic is genuinely sufficient. 100 requests a day lets you research 10 to 20 keywords per article comfortably, build out content briefs, and validate keyword opportunities before writing. The math at annual billing works out to $226.20 divided by 365, or roughly $0.62 a day for full access to the bundle, which is by far the cheapest serious SEO suite in the category. Paid monthly the same plan runs $366.00 over a year, which is $1.00 a day.

Where Basic breaks down is when you scale content production past 20 articles per month or start running multiple stores at once. The 100 request daily cap becomes a real constraint when you are doing batch keyword research across several niches or topics in a single session, and the absence of extra seats means you cannot bring a writer or a VA into the account.

Mangools Premium Plan

Mangools Premium at $40.50 a month on monthly billing, or $26.35 a month on annual billing for a $316.20 yearly charge, is the sweet spot for most growing ecommerce stores and content marketers. The page publishes 500 keyword research requests per 24 hours, which is 5 times Basic, unlimited keyword suggestions per request, 500 SERP analysis requests per 24 hours, 700 tracked keywords with weekly rank updates, 500,000 backlink rows a month, 70 site analysis requests per 24 hours, and 3 extra seats available.

The 5 times jump in daily requests, plus suggestions going from 200 per request to unlimited, makes Premium the right tier for any operator producing 20 or more articles per month or managing keyword research across several stores or niches. The math at annual billing works out to $316.20 divided by 365, or roughly $0.87 a day for the full bundle, still genuinely cheap relative to the time savings and ranking improvements. The 3 extra seats are the other reason to step up here, because they are the first point in the ladder where anyone else can log in.

For a high-ticket ecommerce operator running serious content marketing as part of their growth strategy, Premium is the realistic entry point. The same discipline I apply to every part of an ecommerce stack, which is to prioritize tools that scale beyond individual workflows once volume justifies it, applies when building around a high-ticket niche as well. Premium delivers the daily volume that supports real content production scale.

Premium Is the Plan Most Content Operators Actually Need

Mangools Premium publishes 500 keyword research requests per 24 hours, 700 tracked keywords and 3 extra seats, at $26.35 a month on annual billing, which is $316.20 for the year, or $40.50 a month if you pay monthly.

Compare Mangools Plans →

Mangools Agency Plan

Mangools Agency at $70.50 a month on monthly billing, or $48.85 a month on annual billing for a $586.20 yearly charge, is the top published plan and adds a lot more daily volume across the bundle. The page publishes 1,200 keyword research requests per 24 hours, unlimited keyword suggestions per request, 1,200 SERP analysis requests per 24 hours, 1,500 tracked keywords, 1.2 million backlink rows a month, 150 site analysis requests per 24 hours, and 5 extra seats available. Agency is also the only plan where rank updates run daily rather than weekly, which is the single most underrated difference in the ladder.

Agency is the right tier for operators running 5 to 15 ecommerce stores at once, agencies managing keyword research for several clients, or any operation producing 50 or more SEO articles per month across multiple sites. The 2.4 times increase in daily requests over Premium, the jump from 700 to 1,500 tracked keywords, and the move to daily rank updates make Agency meaningful for scale. If you are running one or two stores and producing under 30 articles monthly, Agency is overkill and Premium is the better fit.

The unit math at Agency annual billing is the best in the ladder: $586.20 a year over 1,200 requests a day for 365 days is about $0.0013 per request, against $0.0017 on Premium and $0.0062 on Basic. For high volume operators, Agency is the most cost efficient plan on a per request basis. For lower volume operators the saving never materializes, because you are paying for an allocation you do not draw down.

There Is No Fourth Mangools Tier

This article used to describe a fourth plan above Agency, priced at $129 a month or $89.90 a month on annual billing, with 2,500 daily searches and 2,500 tracked keywords. It does not exist and it never appears on the plans page. Agency at $48.85 a month on annual billing, with 1,200 requests per 24 hours and 1,500 tracked keywords, is the ceiling of what Mangools publishes. If you came to this page looking for a 2,500 request plan because you read about one here, the honest answer is that you have to leave Mangools to get that allocation.

That matters for anyone sizing a plan against real volume. An operator who genuinely needs more than 1,200 keyword research requests a day, or rank tracking past 1,500 keywords, is not choosing between Mangools tiers at all. The next step up is a different vendor, and the price step is steep: Ahrefs Standard at $249 a month publishes 2,000 tracked keywords, and Semrush lists 500 tracked keywords on its $139 SEO plan and 1,500 on Pro+ at $299. Mangools Agency tracks 1,500 keywords for $48.85 a month on annual billing, which is why it stays the value pick right up to the point where it runs out of room.

Seats are the other place the old version misled. The page does not bundle 5 users into Agency as a flat inclusion. It publishes 5 extra seats available on Agency, 3 extra seats available on Premium, and no extra seats available on Basic. If a second person needs to log in, Basic is not the plan, whatever the request allocation suggests.

KWFinder Annual Billing Savings

Mangools’ annual billing discount is one of the most aggressive in the SEO tool category, and the page shows its own arithmetic. Basic drops from $30.50 to $18.85 a month, printed as $366.00 struck through with $139.80 saved, giving the $226.20 it actually charges for the year. Premium drops from $40.50 to $26.35, printed as $486.00 struck through with $169.80 saved, giving $316.20. Agency drops from $70.50 to $48.85, printed as $846.00 struck through with $259.80 saved, giving $586.20. Each of those three subtractions checks out to the cent.

As a percentage that is 38 percent off on Basic, 35 percent on Premium and 31 percent on Agency, in exchange for committing to 12 months upfront. The discount shrinks as you climb, which is the opposite of what most people assume. According to recent independent pricing analysis of Mangools, the annual discount is one of the key reasons Mangools wins against more expensive competitors like Semrush and Ahrefs for budget conscious operators.

The trade-off is the upfront cash commitment. For a new operator unsure whether Mangools is the right fit, start on the 10-day Free+ trial, then run 2 to 3 months on monthly billing to validate the workflow, then switch to annual once you confirm it fits your stack. That costs you real money: three months of Basic on monthly billing is $91.50 against $56.55 for the same three months prorated on annual, so treat the premium as the price of the option to walk away. For established operations that already know they want it, switching to annual immediately is found money. The keyword research methodology resources at Moz are a useful free supplement while you decide, since they cover the strategic framework that any keyword tool serves.

Always verify current promotional rates directly on the Mangools plans page, since the annual discount percentage shifts during Black Friday and other sales periods, sometimes offering larger discounts that lock in for the life of the subscription. It is also worth reading the head to head against Ubersuggest before you commit, because that is the comparison where the billing cadence decides the winner.

Is KWFinder Worth the Cost in 2026?

For ecommerce operators producing 5 or more SEO optimized articles per month, yes, Mangools is worth the cost, mainly because it gives you serious keyword research capability at a fraction of what Semrush or Ahrefs cost. Premium at $26.35 a month on annual billing covers most growing content operations, and Basic at $18.85 a month on annual billing is genuinely cheap for what you get. Against the published alternatives that is Semrush at 7.4 times the Basic annual rate for its cheapest plan, and Ahrefs Lite at 6.8 times. According to recent independent testing of Mangools, the platform delivers roughly 80 percent of the value of Ahrefs or Semrush at 20 percent of the cost for small to mid-size content operations.

Where Mangools is not worth it is for enterprise operators or large agencies who specifically need maximum data depth, deep backlink analysis, and rank tracking well past 1,500 keywords. For those use cases Semrush publishes $139, $199, $299 and $549 monthly tiers. The equivalent ladder at Ahrefs runs $129 for Lite, $249 for Standard and $449 for Advanced, with deeper databases and more sophisticated workflows that justify the price. For most high-ticket dropshipping operators Mangools is the better fit, because the published request limits cover real content production needs without paying for capability you will not use.

Frequently Asked Questions: KWFinder Pricing

How much does KWFinder cost?
KWFinder is sold as the Mangools bundle, and the plans page publishes three paid tiers. Mangools Basic is $30.50 a month billed monthly or $18.85 a month billed annually, which is $226.20 a year. Mangools Premium is $40.50 monthly or $26.35 annually, which is $316.20 a year. Mangools Agency is $70.50 monthly or $48.85 annually, which is $586.20 a year. Annual billing saves 38, 35 and 31 percent respectively. Check current pricing directly on the Mangools plans page.

Which Mangools plan is best for most users?
Premium at $26.35 a month on annual billing is the sweet spot for most growing ecommerce content operations. It publishes 500 keyword research requests per 24 hours, 700 tracked keywords and 3 extra seats. For solo bloggers producing under 15 articles monthly, Basic at $18.85 a month on annual billing is sufficient, as long as you do not need a second login, because Basic publishes no extra seats.

Is KWFinder cheaper than Semrush or Ahrefs?
Yes, significantly. Mangools runs $18.85 to $48.85 a month on annual billing, or $30.50 to $70.50 billed monthly. Semrush publishes $139 to $549 a month and Ahrefs publishes $129 for Lite up to $449 for Advanced, so even the dearest Mangools plan sits below the cheapest plan at either rival. The trade-off is database size and analytical depth, where Semrush and Ahrefs lead. For most ecommerce operators doing keyword research for blog content, Mangools delivers what you need without paying for capability you will not use.

Does KWFinder offer a free trial?
Mangools offers two free options: a permanent free plan with limited functionality, at 5 KWFinder searches per month, and a 10-day Free+ trial that temporarily elevates limits across the bundle. The 10-day trial is the more useful option for evaluating the platform seriously. Neither is listed on the plans page, which publishes only the three paid tiers and a 48 hour money back guarantee, so verify both in the signup flow before relying on them.

Can I buy KWFinder without the other Mangools tools?
No. KWFinder is bundled with the full Mangools suite (SERPChecker, SERPWatcher, LinkMiner, SiteProfiler, AI Search Watcher) on every paid plan. There is no standalone KWFinder purchase option. The bundling is actually a strength because the additional tools (especially SERPChecker for SERP analysis and SERPWatcher for rank tracking) extend the value of any keyword research you do in KWFinder. The full strategy for picking and stacking SEO and content tools is something I work through directly in my 1-on-1 coaching.

What if I outgrow KWFinder later?
Migrate up to Semrush or Ahrefs. Both are the natural graduation path for operations that pass the published Agency ceiling of 1,200 requests per 24 hours and 1,500 tracked keywords, or that need deeper backlink analysis. The keyword data and content briefs you have built migrate cleanly, because you can export CSVs and import them into the new tool, so switching cost is low. Most operators comfortably stay on Mangools for 2 to 3 years before hitting a scale that justifies the move.

Mangools and KWFinder Pricing 2026 Verdict

Mangools remains the most cost efficient serious SEO suite in 2026 for small to mid-size ecommerce content operations, and the real ladder is shorter and slightly dearer than this page used to claim. Basic at $18.85 a month on annual billing, $226.20 for the year, is a genuine bargain for one person. Premium at $26.35 a month annual, $316.20 for the year, is the sweet spot for most growing operators and the first plan with extra seats. Agency at $48.85 a month annual, $586.20 for the year, is built for agencies and multi-store operators, and is the only plan with daily rank updates. There is no fourth tier above it.

My typical starter configuration for a new EP operator adding SEO content to their high-ticket store: sign up for the 10-day Free+ trial with one specific niche and 10 to 20 target keywords to research. If the workflow fits your production tempo, commit to Premium on annual billing and take the 35 percent saving. If you are burning through 100 requests a day inside 30 days, you were always going to need Premium. If you are still under 30 requests a day after 60 days, Basic is your plan and you will save $90.00 a year by admitting it.

According to recent independent pricing analysis, the annual discount plus the bundled suite makes Mangools the strongest value per dollar SEO platform in 2026 for operators who do not need enterprise grade database depth. For most high-ticket dropshipping operators running content as one of several traffic channels, that describes the fit exactly.

Start on the Plan the Vendor Actually Publishes

If you produce 5 or more articles a month, the KWFinder workflow inside Mangools saves hours per article at a fraction of Semrush or Ahrefs pricing. Basic is $18.85 a month on annual billing and $30.50 billed monthly, and the 48 hour money back window is short, so test fast.
